There is no better daft and dumb fool like you. With a people's constitution, even the daftest in the society like you can govern a country very well because, in the end, you must have advisers. Human beings are naturally greedy, and Europeans/Caucasians are the worse, but the institution/constitution of a society, group or country is what checkmates the greed.
Great people's constitution is the reason why the USA, Australia, and European countries are better off because no matter how very rich their society is or become, their people's constitution is there to checkmate the excesses of the most greed amongst them against the less greed because it protects all of them. Religion or piousness does not term the greed or excesses of a people, rather their set up institutions via their constitution is what keeps them in check.
