it will be fair to say he gave the north about 50%.

@iamsynord,

Honestly, coming to this platform for advice is like adding salt to a fresh wound. However, after reading your confession i was moved. I can tell you that you have solved the problem 50% by coming out and admitting that you have a problem.

Take these steps and you will be free;

1. Stand before a mirror and say to yourself that I am going to stop this act.
2. Set up a reminder of every 5 minutes on your phone or tablet (if any)

The above steps is to build it in your sub-conscious mind

3. Identify the bridge and cut it off...(I must admit that this is the hardest part but I tell you can). Things that will awlays want to remind you of the fantasies and make you want to go back e.g watching of porn, clubbing, vulgar communication, retaining their contacts on your phone etc

4. Take an inventory of your friends and discard fast those that will further corrupt your mind and destroy your life.

5. Since you have burnt the bridge, nature those not obey vacuum, so, you must replace those bad stuffs with positive things.

6. Decide to always feed your mind and imagination with only valuable, life-enriching, good and positive materials and thoughts. e.g buy books on breaking addiction to bad habits and read, choose the kind of programme you watch. Any prog that will want to remind you of your past run from it.

7. Give your life to Christ TOTALLY and let Jesus be your number one.

God bless you.
this is the best and perharps the most educated post so far.the truth is that most people criticising the op are in this shit, yet rather than learn from this they rub salt to injury and criticise.

thanks man,i ve gained a lot from this.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Army Condemns Four More Soldiers To Death By Firing Squad by AK481(m): 12:31pm On Jan 03, 2015
What do u want the army to do if 20 soldiers are sent to combat 1+ boko boys only for 17 to run away leaving just 3(especially senior officers) to be killed in the war-front.

This is exactly. Wat is happening in the war front, you expect the goc to congratulate them?

The truth is the the army is not happy passing sentences like this but wat must be done must be done.we are here typing condolence messages to young brave colonels and captain etc,if only we knew how they died, how thgeir colleagues deserted them in the warfront,we will support the army to carry out the execution immediately.

Once again, boko are not more equiped, they never will.they are simply stealing nigerian army weapon, armour tanks and jeeps, how can they be more equip?

harde2lah:
Why spend so much sending our students abroad when we can build world class training center and graduate school in Nigeria. This is serious wasteful spending. What next after they're through with their studies? They port back to Nigeria band start applying for jobs. They would still pass through the same process a Nigerian graduate would pass through:aptitude tests, skills test and interview or assessment centre. Govt can save lots of money by building world class institutions here in Nigeria and research centers strictly for graduate studies. Center of excellence in Benin is a typical example. Its high time govt stopped wasting money on things that adds no value to our nation.
they will become lecturer for 4yrs (a mild bond),i think that is nice

It surprises me the sustained overwhelming support Pres. Jonathan maintains in South East Nigeria and among South Easterners nationwide, despite the lack of federal presence in the region. There are practically few left in good condition federal infrastructures working in the South East, the federal roads are the worst hit; Enugu-Port Harcourt road, Enugu-Onitsha road, Port Harcourt-Owerri road, Enugu-Benue road, among others. The few left good roads include Onitsha-Owerri road and Enugu-Abakiliki road. Roads are the least elementary needs a Government can provide.

We remember the news of how all Governors of the South East exlcuding Imo, trooped to Onitsha to mark the commissioning of the second Niger Bridge, a bridge I learnt is less than 4km or there about, a bridge that is built as a concessionary; implying that the bridge will be tolled for at least 15yrs after completion. Meanwhile state Governments in Lagos and Akwa Ibom have funded and built longer bridges with lot less marked commissioning ceremonies, and with no tolling.

All federal structures in the South East besides the CBN and FIRS are old or dilapidated or badly maintained. Federal water projects are history in the region, the dredging of the Niger River to enable the creation of a port in the South East is also history, and Federal Government is not doing much to encourage the industrialisation of Aba, Onitsha and Nnewi, despite the productivity these places are internationally recognised for, even if it means spuring the under-performing State Governments to do so.

Fact is that the Azikiwe and Ebele in the list of Pres. Jonathan's names, as well as his being a Christian is mostly all that works for him in the South East, and with all due respect this is pitiable. It also explains why he is doing little in the region because he is sure to secure over 95% of South East votes in 2015 as he did in 2011. The South East Governors are not helping issues, Martins Elechi and Theodre Orji are doing nothing more than occupying Government houses and sharing federal allocations, but the Federal Government cares less because they belong to the same party and have thrown resources and time to re-electing Pres. Jonathan in 2015.

With all the exposure and education prevalent in South East Nigeria, as well as the wealth and enterpreneural spirit, mediocrity still reigns supreme, I mean no insult but this is indeed pitiable. I am not campaigning for Atiku, Buhari or Kwankwaso, all I am asking is that South Easterners demand more from Pres. Jonathan, his support there should be under threat if he does not reverse the status of federal presence in the region

he has a case,a very good case.

the doctrine of neccesity wasnt observed.the governor that was impeached should have handed over to him or the national assembly shouldnt have have him made the governor first before forcing him to resign and handover to to the acting speaker who would av been the deputy governor by then.

thye mistake they made was
1.they would have impeached both of them,i wonder why they didnt do so.
2.they would have handed over to him first before forcing him to resign to the next in command

Health › Re: Johesu’s Claims Against Doctors In Nigeria; A Case Of Historic Amnesia by AK481(m): 9:07am On Jul 07, 2014
lanrefront1: The man spoke the truth. My mother worked for 30 years a a medical laboratory scientist at LUTH. The truth is Nigerian doctors are the most greedy selfish arrogant and back stabbing set of professionals in the world.

Anytime health workers are asking or fighting for something, they will remove themselves. Then they will ask for their own separately. Anytime any other set of health workers, whether pharmacist, nurses or Laboratory scientist are fighting for their rights, maybe in area of renumeration or benefits, doctors always do their best to sabotage their efforts.

They do not want the renumeration of even a pharmacist to come even a thousand kilometers to their renumeration.

Anytime nurses, pharmacist laboratory scientist get a pay rise or benefits, the doctors will immediately start pressing for addition to their salaries and benefits.

When they go on their strike, no one disturbs them, but when others go on strike, they start crying to the high heavens, looking for every way and pulling strings in the corridors of power to sabotage their effort.

In fact, I don't know where Nigerian doctors got this evil and satanic traits from, and when you to most teaching hospital, dem get fellowship pass anything. I wonder wetin dem dey read for their Bible?

They say only doctors can be consultants, only doctors can be able to rise to positions of directorship.... the question is, it's that the practise in other parts of the world? If not, why do you want to establish that here....

Is pharmacy as a course any easier to study than medicine? I don't think so.

No one is saying doctors should not be given their proper place in the scheme of things in the health sector, and God knows they already have more than enough of that. But what the doctors want is nothing other than subjugating every other heath sector worker under their feet. They want them grovelling and begging at their feet.

Then go and ask anyone who uses teaching hospital, the doctors are so arrogant and full of themselves; they treat people except people they perieve important shabily.

They always shouting renumeration, but doctors are already the highest paid paid public servants (excluding politicians) in Nigeria.

[b]The pay of their counterparts in the private sector doesn't come close at all to their monthly take home pay.[b/]

The government really needs to clip their wings. B They should import heath workers or make necessary legislation to do this.
word!!!!!.it is only in this case that there is an abnormal diffrence in pay bettween the private dr and the public dr.
when a private fresh doctor is earning about 80k in the hospital a copper or a housemanship dr in a public hospital is earning aboiut 200k,how do you want the private dr to concentrate and grow?

i think a lot of public hospitals should be privated

Ishilove: You might be right, but funny enough we have no familial ties. I have tried to imagine what a relationship with him will be like, but it ended feeling very...odd. We hung out a lot, visited each other in our houses, sometimes went for events together. When I'm with him, its like I'm with a girlfriend. :-

The truth is that it is very possible to be friends with members of the opposite sex without it turning to something else.
but are u demanding for money from him? if no then you are saying a different thing entirely.
