This is purely predictions based on the current situation that even a non pastor can say. So mr primate u have no say, and if u think u r a real pastor shut this trash and pray set up prayers for nigeria.

Though this is a nice move, but a proper assessment of this situation will reveal that extravagant amount will be exausted on the implementation of this where there are other sectors that need to be financed badly. Thefore the govt should look other strategy that will be safe, cost effective and efficient.
