Main applicant is an MSC student and she’s already in the UK. We applied differently

Check their international payments on their website, click on global pay and international bank transfer, the account details will sent to your email after providing your student ID and other details.

Does this means I can pay with my card cause I can see card options and how long will it take to reflect at their end ?
