RIchibabe: no way!! Its not possible

lols! It is 100% possible... O'levels dont really count in DE, just the 5 o'level pass needed

whilly: @akby i choose oau as my first and second choice, please if you have any vital information pertaining to oau D.E stuff dont hesitate to inform me please,

No probs... My cell number earlier posted in the forum so u can ring me up for latest

Ijaolatai: @Laidi u r not to register urself.... Get to an accredited registration centre to finish up ur reg. It's just like jamb registratn too... So an access is wit dem. Room pls o, my questn is, can I apply putting awaiting result in d registratn n b rest assured that my admission is certain when d transcript get to my sch of choice?

yes u can use awaiting result... Ur transcript speaks for u cos it breaks down ur academic performance into details

Accuratephemite: Am living in ikorodu,i wnt 2 know where i cn obtain d direct entry form,av bin 2 several banks still nt get it.pls help urgently.

go to union banks around or go to waec office @ ogba directly opposite it, u will see some dealers selling it dere or go to jamb office @ ikoyi, buy it dere, fill it and submit a copy of ur print out to them instantly attached to ur credentials photocopy

Kenny2012: I chose UI for my direct entry.I've submitted the filled form to JAMB but I want someone to explain to me how UI carries out their DE admissions.I have a distinction in Elect/Elect Eng at HND level though with an average O'level result.
Thanks.

we are in same shoes then. 'am applying to U.I too. I finished with distinctions hons too but mine is OND. We both applying to same dept @ U.I. Here is the break down, after doin wat jamb requests for, u will have to send ur transcript to U.I via dis address
The Registrar
University of Ibadan
Oyo state
as soon as ur transcript gets dere, dats all. U.I dont write exams bt dey do oral interview. We are to pay a sum of N2,000 in d schl bank to upload our result into deir database later dis year around late sept. After uploadn d result, we wud interviewd orally and dats all.
Keep urself updated with me or www.ui.edu.ng

piragirl: Go 2 any cafe dat did jamb reg, then ask 4 d same code dey use in registering jamb.
Pls,pple is their any other jamb office apart frm d one@ ojora..
And hw do i get 2d one@ ojora frm berger.......tankz

jamb office is @ ikoyi not ijora... Here is the description, from berger pick a direct bus to obalende. From obalende, enter ikoyi bus cos jamb office is the last bstop or better still ask for jamb office bus and enter. There u have it!

Statistics my foot!!! This is reality and not a matter of who register for jamb and all that. For your information, less that 1% of the total population of Nigeria register for jamb every year so u cant judge a nation using a 1% statistics. From the days of the colonial masters and trends downward, u can't take it away from Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti. Take a teenage from all the states of the federation and put them to test, u will see dat one of the state indigiene would come first cos the foundation as already been laid before the inception of this failed 6-3-3-4 educational system!!!

Anybody knows how much i can get a new nokia N8 or the london use?

berryboo: Pls can one fill in awaitin result in da de form?

Jamb set to conduct a unified post utme exam for all institution so watchout

@whilly, u go to jamb office with ur jamb DE print out slip, ND result, o'levels and admission letter to ur polytechnic bt optional. If u have ur transcript @ hand, attach it to it but if u dont have, submit dose ones and go to ur school for transcript processing to the university u wanna choose. Any other probs?

@bolaji, d first requirement is for u to finish ur ND with a minimum of upper credit. Havn satisfied dat, walk into any union bank branch nationwide and obtain jamb DE form for 4,600 naira only. Move straight to a cybercafe and start ur reg by following d card instructn. Note, no finger print for DE. Fill d forms correctly and choose OAU as ur institution choice. Fill in ur polytechnic matric no as reg no/ exam no downward under A'level requirements and submit. Print out ur jamb slip and make several photocopies for future reference. Attach a copy of ur ND result, o'levels and admission letter to d slip and move straight to jamb office @ ikoyi to submit. If ur school gives u transcrip @ hand, attach it to it too and submit but if not i will explain how to do dat later in dis forum. On getn to jamb offce, look for OAU file and put ur stapled credentials in it and make sure u write down ur name. Thats all u are through with jamb process. After this, goto ur polytechnic and request for ur transcript to be sent to OAU. Once ur transcript get to OAU, u will fill a green form with it. After filling d form. U are through with all d process. Just go and relax perhaps pray for ur name to be pasted cos OAU dnt write exam, ur transcript and ur credentials would be vet and from dere names will be pasted. See u at the top!

Finally obtained mine... Updating now @ jamb office. Came to submit d hard copy to jamb office containing my jamb print out slip, o'levels, ND result and my admission letter. The next thing to do now is to goto to my school and start processing my transcript to desired institution i choosed. Take care peeps

DE form finally out... 'am obtaining too so let me break it down to everybody. U can use waec & neco combined together. Also there is no fingerprint while registering but just ur passport. As touching where nd how to get d form, d manager of union bank (akowonjo branch) in lagos here called me yesterday dat dey jst got forms some hours ago so am goin dere 2day to pick mine. If u need, reach me @ 08063178025. Feel free to ask anythn u dnt know abt DE nd what it entails. Also yle registrn, u make use of ur polytechnic/schl matric no as ur registratn no. U can use awaiting result as well. After printing ur slip, u attach photocopies of ur ND result, certificates nd all dat to it nd submit @ d nearest jamb office. Ur reg won't be processed if u fail to do so. Some schls dnt write entrance exams yle other does e.g FUTA does bt OAU dnt write. Best of luck y'all
