You can go by road, very cheap and easy.

From Oshodi, take a bus to Ojota, from Ojota, take a bus going to Challenge/UI/Botswana, drop at Botswana in Ibadan. From Botswana, take N50 keke to Namibia, from there, enter bike to Swaziland.
