Very many thanks.

I want to move it to CSCS because of the custody fee. My bank custodians are changing me too much and I believe moving it to them will eliminate the custody fee. I don't know what CSCS will charge me but I believe it will not be as figh as the custodians.

Kindly advice if I am making a mistake.

Well I don't know much about cscs custodian fee also, but I will find out. But to move ur account to cscs should not be a big deal. It's very possible nd it should be stress free

They are the only pple that can help u oo because they are the custodian of ur portfolio.

Alternatively, u can mail cscs and complain to them about ur desire to see ur fgn bond display on ur cscs dashboard. I believe they would assist you.

contact cscs with the above email

But if I may ask, y do u want to move it to cscs? Any advantage?

Update on how it is going. Any advice on this? Meanwhile i wanted to add piller. I was waiting for their quotation but never knew they have already started the foundation already. The house is currently being built in the village in Oyo state with very dry land. Infact the town is known for having rock everywhere. The bricklayer complained about how strong the ground was and how it took them weeks to be able to dig the ground. Kindly check their work so far and tell me what i should do. Meanwhile since there is no pillar, i am thinking i should do round Lintel or what do you think? It is a bungalow. Need advice.

U can still introduce pillars, ur round lintel will stand on pillars.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know the exact tonnage of the attached man diesel tipping truck or cubic meter of sharp sand it can hold.

Talking from hands on experience,

For granite, it can only carry 10 tonnes but u need to be vigilant as they might supply less than 10 tonnes for u.

But for sharp sand, hmm, it's deep oo because there is no measuring scale at the dredging site so therefore no accuracy in measuring of sharp sand. What they use is the bucket.

A bucket of wheeloader is 5tonnes. So this type of truck can also carry 2 buckets.

Once in a year payment to be βž— divided into 2.

U get 900k+ in March also another 900k + in September

Thank you sir

i noticed an amount of 12m nominal value and amount of 13.09m which is cash amount. what is the cash amount mean? is the different bank commission/charges

I want to learn

In a layman's language.......

Normally u get paid every six month, making it twice in a year. If u buy now u r to collect the first coupon in six month but in ur case u r getting ur first coupon in March this year.

That's y we have the dirty price for u to pay since September in order to close the gap.

U will get 12m at maturity because u r paying for September to January from the 13m then by March u get six months payment instead of 3 months u genuinely bought.

It's like u r paying upfront for 3 months then u will b paid ur 3 months back from the coupon u will get in March instead of counting fresh six months.
