RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Repair, Perform Preventative Maintenance and Service all Makes and Models of Generator Sets.
2. Assemble and disassemble components.
3. Troubleshoot switch gear and paralleling equipment.
4. Complete service reports and parts orders accurately.
5. Experience working on Caterpillar engines.

16. Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts.
17. Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs.
18. Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experience working on Caterpillar engines

EXPERIENCE:
1. 3+ years of commercial/industrial experience working on generators and ATS.
2. Experience working on Caterpillar engines.
3. Minimum three years of work experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of diesel generators in the construction industry, including experience with Volvo and caterpillar diesel engines.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Outlook email/calendars

Ensure the maintenance, storage, and distribution of DCS critical drawings are properly controlled.

RESPONSIBILITIES

13. Provides technical advice and assistance to the I&E Supervisor and I&E Technicians and the Operations Department on configurable control
systems.

14. Directs the Operations Department in the development of operational procedures relating to configurable systems.

15. Maintains an overview of current and future technology trends making recommendations for system enhancements or replacements which
are financially justifiable.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor or Science Degree in Engineering required; Electrical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Strong PLC and DCS experience
5+ years of experience as a Systems/DCS Engineer
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.

2. Field service can be short or long term requests.

3. Treat, avoids problems, and mitigate downtime

Cementing Operators operate the equipment use to pump cement into an oil or gas well that secures the steel pipe or casing and provides structural integrity to the wellbore, Also Cement Operators perform calculations to determine the amount of cement mix and additives required, using the depth, pressure, volume of cement required and specific purpose in their calculations, And must be able to transport equipment to and from the well location, safely rig in and operate the equipment, perform day-to-day inspections, servicing and maintenance of equipment, and complete all required paperwork accurately and on-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate all cementing equipment

2. Takes part in cement slurries preparation with accurate adjustment of slurry consistency

3. Arranges classification of cement and sending it to location for cementing job

4. Responsible for rig up and rig down, connecting discharge line with cementing unit and wellhead fittings

6. Performs preventive routine service of the service machines and units

3. Customized cement slurry for daily operation and tender: casing, liner, plug, squeeze. Serve high density cement slurry up to 22 ppg,
light slurry up to 7 ppg, deep water, and horizontal well and long liner well.

4. Customized stimulation fluid for job: fracturing, matric acidizing, water shut off, and etc.

5. Focal point of cementing and stimulation lab activity.

6. Giving of formal training to subordinates in general chemistry, cementing and stimulation lab design, calculations, routine and specialized
testing.

7. Analyse, compute and record sample test data and results, using computer controlled laboratory apparatus and instruments in
conjunction with the integrated LIMS automatic data transfer system.

8. Ensure that all equipment are operated safely, maintained, calibrated, troubleshooting.

9. Participate and responsible in job execution at offshore and onshore for QA/QC fluid design both Cementing and Fracturing.

JOB SUMMARY
The calibration engineer is to be able to Carry out calibration of laboratory equipment complying with all required oil and gas industry
standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform and validation all calibration Diesel engine controls for performance and emissions

2. Participate in various calibration improvement of engines and assess it in laboratory and, all cold, hot and altitude fields.

3. Manage and implement all pre calibration processes and apply it effectively to all vehicle levels.

4. Determine and maintain all hardware and software tools and coordinate with various engine management system.

5. Assist other departments and define specifications related to hardware tools and subsystem and ensure achievement of future calibration goals.

6. Design platform for processes related to ECM calibrations like speedometer/ odometer, fuel measurer and other diagnostics.

7. Design and facilitate all common calibration procedures with organization.

8. Perform tests and rides and monitor development of best common calibrations.

9. Maintain and update all process calibrations related to platform functions for designing vehicle programs

10. Evaluate function calibrations at levels of 65%, 80%, 99%, and 100% to ensure precision and uniformity in process.

11. Perform assessment, modeling and calibration resources to lessen calibration lead time.

12. Provide an interface with all power train lead calibrators

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Calibration engineers need to have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should be able to work with others and lead them as required. They should know how to use calibration tools although some employers provide training necessary for the job. They should have a high level of problem solving and analytical skills. They should be able to collect and interpret data, and present them to management. They should be highly familiar with the operations, equipment and technology used in the industry where they work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the assistant you would aid the Level II technician with the designated radiographic methods method while gaining experience and knowledge in order to take level to level exams after on the job hour requirements are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Radiographic testing and film interpretation, evaluation of the radiographic method, and overall evaluation of radiographic film to applicable
2. codes and standards acceptance criteria.
3. Set up and calibrate equipment, and interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

Preferred Individuals will possess documented 40 hours Radiation Safety classroom training hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. An NDT Technician is responsible for executing the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product.
2. An NDT Technician is responsible for inspecting duties, organizes and generates reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation. He is also expected to prepare reports on all testing and evaluations done.

Radiographic technician/inspector operate radiographic equipment to detect discontinuities in objects of various compositions and materials. They are employed by quality control, maintenance and safety departments of manufacturing, processing, transportation, energy and other companies and by private industrial inspection establishments

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment
2. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy 3. 3. current and other non-destructive testing methods
4. Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
5. Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators

7. Organize and report test results
8. May perform specialized inspections using acoustic emission, vibration analysis, infrared thermography and laser shearography testing methods

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. Completion of two years of an approved post-secondary science or engineering program may be required.
3. Additional classroom and on-the-job training is required for certification in non-destructive testing.
4. Non-destructive testing certification by Natural Resources Canada is available in three levels and is usually required by employers.
5. Industrial radiographers using a radioactive isotope must pass an examination to be recognized as a certified exposure device operator by 6. the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
6. Welding inspector certification by the Canadian Welding Bureau is available in three levels and may be required by employers.

JOB SUMMARY
The NDT II Technician is responsible for performing Non Destructive Testing and evaluation of adhesive bonded assemblies and components utilizing ultrasonic and possibly radiography. The technician evaluates inspection data, interprets Inspection findings/results, and records inspection results on approved documents. This position works under general supervision of a NDT Technician Level III. NDT personnel must possess and maintain certification(s) of a level II in at least one discipline

RSPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs all aspects of final assembly of Thrust Reversers, Pylons, Engine Build Up, Inlet Cowls, Fan Cowls, Exhaust Nozzles and Wire Harnesses
2. Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
3. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection

RESPONSIBILITIES

1Conducted complete inspection of the various tanks such as basic repair and maintenance.
2.Monitored the tank inspection by checking tanks, keeping it clean.
3.Managed the inspection process regularly by determining the corrosion rate.
4.Maintained records of all inspection process carried in both hard copies as well as electronic copy.
5.Performed various quality assurance procedures on the tanks.
6.Inspected all the tanks in accordance to the standards laid by API for the various storage tanks such as API- 620, 650 and 653.
7.Recommended the purchases of new inspection equipments to ensure that the process is completed according to the need.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong experience in inspecting an oil refinery environment
2. Operational knowledge of the Microsoft application, API Standards and other inspection software
3. Sound knowledge of basic mathematical functions, especially geometry and trigonometry
4. Ability to read and interpret the various technical manuals and mechanical drawings

JOB SUMMARY
Confers with engineers, manufacturers, contractors, owners, and operators concerning problems in construction, operation, and repair.Witnesses acceptance and installation tests.Recommends or orders actions to correct violations of legal requirements or to eliminate unsafe conditions.


RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Inspects drawings, designs, and specifications for piping, boilers and other vessels.
2) Performs standard tests to verify condition of equipment and calibration of meters and gauges, using test equipment and hand tools.
3) Inspects gas mains to determine that rate of flow, pressure, location, construction, or installation conform to standards.
4) Evaluates factors, such as materials used, safety devices, regulators, construction quality, riveting, welding, pitting, corrosion, cracking, and safety valve operation.
5) Calculates allowable limits of pressure, strength, and stresses.
6) Examines permits and inspection records to determine that inspection schedule and remedial actions conform to procedures and regulations.
7) Keeps records and prepares reports of inspections and investigations for administrative or legal authorities.
Investigates accidents to determine causes and to develop methods of preventing recurrences.
