You shouldn't just barge. Its common courtesy to ask to come over. Why would you risk rudely interrupting what ever it is they have to do that day. They may have been on their way to something important. Your unannounced visit would interrupt that. That not cool.

Just take a pregnancy test first before you take the birth control again. If you are indeed pregnant, then you need  to stop taking the birth control and go see a doctor. Chances are, you might not be pregnant. But one can still have a period and be pregnant. Just go for a pregnancy test. better safe than sorry.
Please check the condom for an Expiration date before you use them.
