I bought a prepaid meter from IBEDC on August 1,2023. It came with 40 units which was consumed by 14th August. Ever since then I have been unable to buy tokens because IBEDC refused to activate the account online despite several visits to customer care and numerous emails. No, I cannot

I used Access Bank ATM card to withdraw N10000 for UBA ATM. The money did not drop from the ATM but my account was deducted 0f N10000. I was told to wait 24hrs. After 24hrs, no refund, I went to Access Bank Customer Care to make a complain. It is now 2 weeks after , the money is not refunded and the banks staff are just making me to shuffle between Access and UBA daily without any tangible resolution.
please what advice can you give me to help recover the money. Thanks.
