PoliticsRe: Top 7 States With Worst Road Networks In Nigeria— Sahara Reporters by AKONE(m): 8:12pm On Jul 01, 2021
This list isn't correct. The State with the worst road in Nigeria is Niger. I've travelled everywhere in Nigeria, so I know this for a fact.
EducationRe: Ayo Adekunle Ajala's Father Challenges Suicide Theory In His Death In Kebbi by AKONE(m): 1:15pm On Jun 24, 2021
Ayo was one of the most well behaved young men I've ever met. Passionate about the things of God, gentle and very ambitious. There was absolutely no reason why he would commit suicide; he had a job, he had a lady he wanted to marry, he wasn't struggling with life. He wasn't a troublesome person, that's why I'm still wondering what he could have done that would make anyone think of murdering him.

AutosRe: At The Crossroad To Buy My Second Car. by AKONE(m): 9:15pm On Mar 24, 2021
If you're using it for off road, 4runner is your best bet. I have 2005 4runner and 2008 Highlander. I've been using the 4runner for six years, and I've never had any major issues with it.
NYSCRe: Should I Serve In Zamfara Or Redeploy? by AKONE(m): 5:02pm On Mar 18, 2021
Japhet04:
Pls guys I need your advice, I'm currently in a serious dilemma, I'm currently camping here in zamfara tsafe camp, I am unsure of whether or not I should stay, this state is predominantly dominated by hausa-fulani, will I succeed in business in this state? Or should I just redeploy to a state that I'm more acclimatized to in the south west or east? Is security an issue here as a southerner who cannot speak the language.

Pls I need speedy replies because I'm almost about to submit my medical report, is redeploying the right thing to do in this situation?

P.S I studied law, I have not gone for law school.
It depends on what you intend to achieve at the end of your service year. If you want to have a broader perspective about Nigeria and diversity of humanity, Zamfara is a place to be. Hausas, generally, are more friendly than the other major tribes in Nigeria. One thing you should know is that things are not as bad as people make it look. The major towns are safe. It's only some villages in a few local governments that are having security issues. Myself, my wife, and children are here, and we're doing good.

Hahahaha he is still pained. Uyo and Awka are beautiful cities that has made Ibadan village look like a glorified rural area. Tell your governor to upgrade your Ibadan village so you can be proud to post like others. Ibadan is a glorified village and should be demolished.

Pictures: massive Ibadan village adorned with brown rustic roof and mud houses. cheesy
I'm sure you have never been to Ibadan, you have probably travelled through Ibadan. Check this out.

This really breaks my heart. Nigerians are known for bad things everywhere in the world. I was watching a Christian program the other day, & people were warned to be careful in dealing with Nigerians because we could be fraudulent. I have chosen to be different. I have chosen to represent Nigeria well. I have chosen to make my country proud. what about u?
PoliticsPolitics Defined by AKONE(op): 5:29pm On Jan 29, 2015
Politics is about mandate to rule, power to govern; authority to preside; permission to act; provision to function; mobilization to administer; duty to perform; motivation to serve; people to redeem; environment to rebuild; society to reform; direction to follow; privilege to lead; resources to develop; empowerment to transform; work to be done; service to render; hurdle to cross over; challenge to overcome; responsibility to execute; race to run; condition to change; lifestyle to recreate; love to share; mission to accomplish; vision to actualize; goal to fulfil and life to celebrate. - Yusuf Obaje
PoliticsRational Choice Of Leadership by AKONE(op): 12:39pm On Jan 28, 2015
I see people declaring support for their candidates without thinking. We seem not to care about what the candidates have to offer. We allow politicians to deceive us with promises without necessarily asking how they intend to fulfil their promises. Politicians are so good at making promises, it is our responsibility to ask how. How do they intend to fight insurgency? How would they diversify the economy of Nigeria? How would they "stabilize" the price of oil? How would they ensure that Nigerians enjoy uninterrupted power supply? What is even their antecedence that should make us feel they have what it takes to lead us effectively? Instead of asking these pertinent questions, most of us are busy supporting them irrationally. No rational human would think his/her candidate must win. No rational human would think of supporting a candidate even when facts prove the candidate doesn't have what it takes. No rational human will put personal interest above national interest. Let's think Nigeria. Let's think future. Let's think progress. God bless Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Who Will Be The Presidential Candidate Of The Newly Merged Parties? by AKONE(m): 11:55am On Feb 06, 2013
Please note this: Buhari will never be the President of Nigeria. He once said he does not need the vote of Christians to become the President of Nigeria. Nigerians will never forget that! Believe me Tinubu is also a failure already, even in the South-West. People voted ACN in the south-west not because of Tinubu, but because they wanted change. Who knows Tinubu outside South-West? They need a candidate that is popular both in the South & North. That i think they don't have for now. Hmmmmmm! May be Fashola or Rochas. At least they would be accepted in the North Central.
PoliticsRe: Amanpour Interviews Nigerians In Lagos About Power Outage by AKONE(m): 11:47am On Feb 05, 2013
See Nigerians exposing the weakness of their Nation to the world. I wonder if Amanpour is the one that will solve the power problem in Nigeria. I have never seen critics like Nigerians, even calling their president "Retarded". Even if the President lied, calling him names is only creating a bad image for us as Nigerians? All Nations have their issues, even America but they keep their issues to themselves. America is Never our standard. Power supply is bad in Nigeria, but it is not what it used to be. Improvement is a process. We only wish it would be faster. GEJ can do better.

Christianity EtcRe: Worshippers Give Oyedepo 700 Cars As Offering by AKONE(m): 10:08pm On Jan 31, 2013
I think people should be careful when making comments. I attended that service and i never knew anything like that took place. Nobody asked anybody to give any special offering. Nobody made any announcement. If people did that, they did it because they felt so & that is not anybody's business, not even the OP. The cars were aunctioned; given out almost free. What else do you want? I'm not a member of his Church but i think u critics need to mind ur own businesses.

Proudly Roman Catholic.
So what matters to u is the fact that u are Catholic? Denominationalism! I wonder if being a Catholic is what will take u to heaven. I do not know of any denomination like Catholic, Anglican, Baptist etc in the Bible. I may not totally disagree with their decsion but i think there are betters ways to go about it. We are one body! Catholic cannot do without others neither can others do without Catholic. Shalom.

The only reason you're not famous is because you're not a thief and it
is for this very reason that the State preys on you. But, remain honest
still. That's the honourable thing to be. Never mind that honour has no
place in a nation of thieves.

Peace.[/quote]I disagree with u. That is a poor thinking.
