So Atiku now thinks rotation is the most viable option for him to attain the post of president,before he thought defecting to AC was the answer.when will this man realise that the presidency for him is over.as for the effects of rotational presidency on the country as a whole,it is a pity that a party like PDP which is at the helm of affairs would leave free and fair primaries for some fruitless zoning exercise.right from independence this country has been ruled by only the north and the south west(excluding azikwe who was only a ceremonial president anyway)with very little progress to show for it,which creates a case for the southerners who have been yearning for the post of the no 1 man in this country.in the subsequent months before next year's election,shouldn't the incumbent president jonathan be given a chance to rule if he proves he's capable(which i don't doubt he is).I think it's high time the pdp correct this anomaly of giving power to the north.

If they didn't attempt to overthrow d govt in 66,there might have been no civil war.

Obj being a devil isn't a cause 4 argument but he being the worst in the history of this country?i really doubt.let's remember that unlike IBB,ABACHA,GOWON etc and other former military heads he never killed to get into power,he passed over to civilian govt in 79 cos he thought that was best 4 nigeria but shagari clearly didn't know what to do whereas IBB was ready to kill anyone ready to stop him from having power and also despite the facts that the military embezzled more public funds than they spent on the populace,his administration alongside murtala muhammed ranks among one of the best.also he's done some good we can't 4get like clearing of debts and some others.so if u're talking about the person responsible 4 nigeria's predicament,that dates as far back as the era of zik who parleyed with the north then which is why they still rule today.
