Never will I give up. Fully into farming now for the first time in my life. Into intercropping of maize and beans on more than one hectare of land. Will give update about that later.

I went through @shariff84 and Maryam1234 post about giving updated price of grains from Niger state. I decided to render that service too from here, location is Gbugbu market.
Gbugbu town is situated under Edu local government area of kwara state. The market is one of the largest in kwara North. Sometimes I called the place Nupe/Tapa ShopRite grin

because they always love to visit. The market day is every Wednesday.
The list of grain items are:
Groundnut
Beans
Millet
Maize
Egusi/melon
Soyabeans
Guinea corn.

Is it in the number of months in storage or how dry the maize is (lower moisture content)

What makes it a "new maize"?

New maize is the new/current harvest while old maize is the last year harvest.
