Newnas:

I don't know where you copied this crap from but it's complete THRASH!!!

The word dahaaha is not a noun in Arabic rather it's a verb (it's subject) and it's object.
دحى means to spread
هاis the pronoun for third person feminine i.e HER. In Arabic the earth or land is a feminine word.
French language also treats some non living things as female too (I got that from elementary secondary school French) so don't ask me why the earth is feminine or how I knew.

The meaning is 'he spreaded it out'. and not Ostrich egg!!!
ostrich egg?! just too far from it.
That's the reason why, when Muslims tell 'you' that we can't have an English Quran but instead an English translation of the Arabic Quran 'you' tend not to understand. Why do you think Almighty God revealed the Quran in arabic language (one is because of the completeness of the language) . Yes you ve tried but you need more knowledge. Now read on:
.
.

Linguistic evidence to the "dahu" (egg-shapping)
of the Earth.
The "dahu" in the Arabic Language means to
extend and even out. It is said: "daha" the thing;
"yad'hu dahwan". These terms can mean he
either evened out and extended it or he threw it
and rolled it. It is also said: "the rain daha the
stones from the face of the earth," which means
it rolled it and washed it away. It is also said:
"The horse passed by yad'hu dahwan," which means he is beating his foot on the ground and
yad'hu its sand. Also, the ostrich's mad'hi means its laying of its eggs, and "ad'hiha" is the
nest where its chicks are born.
End of translation.
So as we clearly see, all of the above Arabic
words that are derived from "daha" mean:
1-
To extend.
2-
To roll.
3-
To even out.
4-
Causing to become egg-shaped or creating,
making or producing eggs
(see the ostrich's mad'hi example above).
All of these meanings perfectly apply to our
planet Earth and the stages that it went through!

Sibrah:
On a flat earth abi. keep pushing yourself hard.
1. Earth made as a carpet
The question refers to a verse from the Qur’an
in Surah Nuh:
"And Allah has made the earth for you as a
carpet (spread out)." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter
71, Verse 19
But the sentence in the above verse is not
complete. It continues in the next verse,
explaining the previous verse. It says: "That ye
may go about therein, in spacious roads." The
Holy Quran, Chapter 71, Verse 20
A similar message is repeated in Surah TaHa:
"He Who has made for you the earth like a
carpet spread out; has enabled you to go about
therein by roads (and channels)...." The Holy
Quran, Chapter 20, Verse 53
The surface of the earth i.e. earth’s crust is less
than 30 miles in thickness and is very thin as
compared to the radius of the earth which is
about 3750 miles. The deeper layers of the
earth are very hot, fluid and hostile to any form
of life. The earth’s crust is a solidified shell on
which we can live. The Quran rightly refers to it
like a carpet spread out, so that we can travel
along its roads and paths.
.
.

TO DESCRIBE THE SHAPE OF THE EARTH
“And the earth, moreover, hath He made
egg shaped.”
[Al-Qur’an 79:30]
The Arabic word for egg here is dahaahaa1 which
means an ostrich-egg. The shape of an ostrich-
egg resembles the geo-spherical shape of the
earth. Thus the Qur’an correctly describes the
shape of the earth, though the prevalent notion
when the Qur’an was revealed was that the earth
was flat.

Health / India Has Developed The World's First Vaccine For Zika, The Deadly Virus Terrify by Akosxxx(m): 11:29am On Feb 04, 2016
I was just exploring the DUTA's whatsapp search engine when i received a message which reads that India has developed the world's first zika vaccine

NEWS: Bharat Biotech, a city-based vaccines and bio-therapeutic manufacturer, on Wednesday claimed to have achieved a breakthrough in developing a vaccine to fight the dreaded mosquito-borne Zika virus, which allegedly causes serious birth defects in children.

India Is One Of The Most Susceptible Regions To A Zika Outbreak,
We Tell You WhyBharat Biotech is home to some of the most brilliant minds in the world and began work on the Zika virus a year ago, Krishna Ella, CMD Bharat Biotech, said here."We believe we have an early mover advantage in developing the Zikavac and we are probably the first in the world to file for global patent for Zika vaccine candidates"Reuters

"We have two candidate vaccines in development. One of them is an inactivated vaccine that has reached the stage of pre-clinical testing in animals," Ella said.
Quoting a WHO report, he said Zika is now present in 23 countries and Brazil, the hardest-hit country, has reported around 3,530 cases of the devastating birth defect, called microcephaly, in 2015 that are strongly suspected to be related to Zika.

"We hope to announce the arrival of Zikavac to the world as early as possible," he said.

Zika virus is spread by mosquitoes of the Aedes genus, which can breed in a pool of water as small as a bottle cap and usually bite during the day. The mosquito-transmitted infection is related to Dengue, Yellow Fever and West Nile virus."Considering that women of child-bearing age and pregnant women are the prime target group for Zika virus vaccine, we consider safety as the overriding factor in the development of a new vaccine for this virus.

ALL YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT ZIKA
The vaccine methods developed early on, before the devastating consequences of the epidemics in Brazil came to light, provided us a push to accelerate vaccine development," Dr Sumathy, Director, R&grin,Bharat Biotech said.Currently, the vaccine maker is focusing towards scale up and characterization of the vaccine product, Ella further said.

Health / Zika Virus Infection Reported In USA by Akosxxx(m): 10:27pm On Feb 02, 2016
A rare case of the Zika virus being transmitted through sex, not a mosquito bite, has been reported in the US.
A patient infected in Dallas, Texas, is likely to have been infected by sexual contact, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) told the BBC.
The person had not travelled to infected areas but their partner had returned from Venezuela.

Zika is carried by mosquitoes and has been linked to thousands of babies being born with underdeveloped brains.
It is spreading through the Americas and the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the disease linked to the virus a global public health emergency.

The American Red Cross has meanwhile urged prospective blood donors returning from Zika-hit countries to wait at least 28 days before donating their blood.

The "self-deferral" should apply to people returning from Mexico, the Caribbean or Central or South America during the past four weeks, the Red Cross said in a statement.
Elsewhere:
Two cases of the Zika virus have been confirmed in Australia. Officials said the two Sydney residents had recently returned from the Caribbean.
Zika has also been found in two unrelated cases in the Republic of Ireland, officials there said. A man and an older woman, who have both recovered, had a history of travelling to a Zika-affected country.
Meanwhile, Brazil - the country worst hit by the outbreak - has revealed it is investigating 3,670 suspected cases of microcephaly in babies linked to the Zika virus.

Media captionTimeline: How the Zika virus took hold
A total of 404 cases have so far been confirmed - up from 270 last week - while 709 cases have been discarded, the country's health ministry said.

Analysis by James Gallagher, health editor, BBC News website
If Zika can readily spread through sex, then it poses a risk to every country not just those with the Aedes mosquito.
So far, authorities have said sexual transmission is rare, but last year they would have said any case of Zika was rare, too.
This explosive outbreak has caught the world by surprise and many key questions remain unanswered.
Exactly how common or rare is sexual transmission? Can it be spread by the 80% of people who show no symptoms? How long does the virus persist in semen? When is it safe to have sex again?

What should men do after visiting affected countries? Can women also spread the virus through sex?
However, this is not a new HIV/Aids moment. HIV infection is incurable and dramatically shortens lives without daily medication.
Zika infections are short, mild and pose a significant threat only in pregnancy.

The ministry also said 76 infant deaths from microcephaly, either during pregnancy or just after birth, were suspected.
Texas has seen seven other Zika cases all related to foreign travel.
But Anne Schuchat, principal deputy director for CDC, said this was the first case it had dealt with involving a "non-traveller".

"We don't believe this was spread through mosquito bites, but we do believe it was spread through a sexual contact."
A statement issued by the CDC said the best way to avoid Zika virus infection was "to prevent mosquito bites and to avoid exposure to semen from someone who has been exposed to Zika".

The case is "significant" if it was definitely transmitted through sexual contact, Alaka Basu, a senior fellow for public health at the UN Foundation, told the BBC.

Education / 10 Misused English Words That Make Smart People Look Silly by Akosxxx(m): 9:46pm On Jan 23, 2016
Straight to the point.

1. ACCEPT vs. EXCEPT
These two words sound similar but have very different meanings. Accept means to receive something willingly: “His mom accepted his explanation” or “She accepted the gift graciously.” Except signifies exclusion: “I can attend every meeting except the one next week.” To help you remember, note that both except
and exclusion begin with ex .

2. AFFECT VS EFFECT

To make these words even more confusing than they already are, both can be used as either a noun or a verb. Let’s start with the verbs. Affect means to influence something or someone; effect
means to accomplish something. “Your job was
affected by the organizational restructuring” but “These changes will be effected on Monday.” As a noun, an effect is the result of something: “The sunny weather had a huge e ffect on sales.” It’s almost always the right choice because the noun
affect refers to an emotional state and is rarely used outside of psychological circles: “The patient’s affect was flat.”

3. LIE vs. LAY

We’re all pretty clear on the lie that means an untruth. It’s the other usage that trips us up. Lie
also means to recline: “Why don’t you lie down and rest?” Lay requires an object: “ Lay the book on the table.” Lie is something you can do by yourself, but you need an object to lay . It’s more confusing in the past tense. The past tense of lie is—you guessed it— lay : “I lay down for an hour last night.” And the past tense of lay is laid: “I laid the book on the table.”

4. BRING vs. TAKE

Bring and take both describe transporting something or someone from one place to another, but the correct usage depends on the speaker’s point of view. Somebody brings
something to you, but you take it to somewhere else: “ Bring me the mail, then take your shoes to your room.” Just remember, if the movement is toward you, use bring; if the movement is away from you, use take.

5. IRONIC vs. COINCIDENTAL

A lot of people get this wrong. If you break your leg the day before a ski trip, that’s not ironic —it’s coincidental (and bad luck). Ironic has several meanings, all of which include some type of reversal of what was expected. Verbal irony is when a person says one thing but clearly means another. Situational irony is when a result is the opposite of what was expected. O. Henry was a master of situational irony. In his famous short story The Gift of the Magi , Jim sells his watch to buy combs for his wife’s hair, and she sells her hair to buy a chain for Jim’s watch. Each character sold something precious to buy a gift for the other, but those gifts were intended for what the other person sold. That is true irony. If you break your leg the day before a ski trip, that’s coincidental. If you drive up to the mountains to ski, and there was more snow back at your house, that’s ironic.

6. IMPLY vs. INFER

To imply means to suggest something without saying it outright. To infer means to draw a conclusion from what someone else implies. As a general rule, the speaker/writer implies, and the listener/reader infers.

7. NAUSEOUS vs. NAUSEATED

Nauseous has been misused so often that the incorrect usage is accepted in some circles. Still, it’s important to note the difference. Nauseous means causing nausea; nauseated means experiencing nausea. So, if your circle includes ultra-particular grammar sticklers, never say “I’m
nauseous ” unless you want them to be snickering behind your back.

8. COMPRISE vs. COMPOSE

These are two of the most commonly misused words in the English language. Comprise means to include; compose means to make up. It all comes down to parts versus the whole. When you use
comprise , you put the whole first: “A soccer game comprises (includes) two halves.” When you use compose, you put the pieces first: “Fifty states compose (make up) the United States of America.”

9.FARTHER vs. FURTHER

Farther refers to physical distance, while further describes the degree or extent of an action or situation. “I can’t run any farther ,” but “I have nothing further to say.” If you can substitute “more” or “additional,” use further.

10.FEWER vs. LESS

Use fewer when you’re referring to separate items that can be counted; use less when referring to a whole: “You have fewer dollars, but
less money.”
Bringing it all together

English grammar can be tricky, and, a lot of times, the words that sound right are actually wrong. With words such as those listed above , you just have to memorize the rules so that when you are about to use them, you’ll catch yourself in the act and know for certain that you’ve written or said the right one.
