Maybe some migrated from Lagos to Ibadan or they're just copying Lag's format intentionally.

Agent fees in Ibadan is madly outrageous.

If you're on the search for accommodation in Ibadan, just budget ×2 of the amount of your proposed rent because some agents dues are even more than the main rent.

I don talk my own o.

I wonder what the rationale behind such entitlement is really!

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: What Its Mean To Acquire Higher Degree Time Wasting Or What? by Akosxxx(m): 3:33pm On Apr 29, 2021
Degree is definitely not a waste. The time spent in obtaining it is what I question.
Imagine already acquiring your degree at 21-23 yrs. One would still have the time to try other things and learn about realities about the lucrative tendencies of his/her course and may be change or venture into other things aside his/her degree training.

A degree will always come handy one way or another and will also benefit your well being as well as thinking capacity as an individual.

I'm not judging, but honestly there's problem in Nigeria, people de find it difficult to survive without being employed by someone, there are alot freelancing opportunities out there, that's if you are having a professional courses of course....

Those that still can, I urge you to start investing in your brains than sitting waiting n hoping for government job here n there... our system can not absorb us all, no room, the rate of retirement, employee dieing or changing organization is far far lower than the rate new graduates are being produced every year in this country

JUSTSAYING....

Boss, kindly put me through the rudiments of freelance please.
I've sent you a PM

PDP is right on this one.
I was suprised too when watching news report on APC's congress and saw it was done in the FEC chamber. That place shouldn't be a place for partisan political discussions

I don't know what's with Nairaland IPOBians and Tinubu.
Their obsession and hatred for Tinubu is portraying them as fools. They keep shouting Tinubu upandan on every politics thread. People with no electoral relevance that can never create or even meet the kind of dynasty the man has created.

Health / Re: I Forget Things Easily: Should I Be Worried About This Condition? by Akosxxx(m): 1:13pm On Jun 03, 2020

Spiritual attack is tantamount to prismatic attack. And living in an irrational society is obviously a traumatic experience because there are no reasonable solutions to life mundane problems.

Everything seems like a mystery because there is no structured learning pattern that promotes and enhances knowledge.

I wouldn't agree less with you but that's not to devalidate the existence of the spiritual world is it?

am suffering from this too, I don't know what it is, could it be a spiritual attack?
I forget easily. Sometimes I even forget how to speak and construct correct sentences

The matter is a serious one.
Funny thing is when I tell people my condition they'll just laugh it off like a joke and say that it's a normal thing.
I sleep well, eat well and drink a lot of water.
I just wonder

I'm in the same boat with you OP.
As a kid, I can never forget where I keep my things as I easily replay it like a video in my head.
I topped my class all through secondary school although I seem to forget little details that made my classmates then wonder how I managed to top them in class if I can't recall some little events.

It worsened in the university, On a particular night, I went to the hostel toilet with my lamp and forgot it there after using the toilet. On getting to the room, I remembered that I had left my lamp there so I took my roommates lamp to aid me see so I could pick up my lamp.

Reaching the toilet, I forgot what I came to do and ended up leaving my roommate's lamp there too! . On entering the room, friends that were together in the room asked where the lamp was. That was when It struck me that I left 2 lamps in the toilet with a period of about 10-15 mins. They were amazed, laughed and we joked about it.

Also, there was a time( I think in my year 2 or 3) I was completely blank for about 20 minutes in an examination hall yes 20 mins! I couldn't write anything. It wasn't due to fear, I completely forgot.
I graduated without having a single carryover.

At a time I thought it must be a spiritual attack.

I'm seriously interested in knowing what could have caused this kind of condition really.
