Yes, most State roads are bad and I rate him poor in that area.

There are some other areas of the economy he improved on.

You cannot use only roads to assess the performance of a government or a governor except you want to make me believe that you are partisan or lack the capacity to engage in a balanced analysis.

The first and basic things a gov should apart from salary payment is roads construction.theres massive insecurity due to unemployment esp cultism,flooding,the education and health sector is in shambles.even agriculture,tourism and sports that oshiomhole revamped has deteriorated.he is busy having problems with all traditional rulers,taxation is driving investment.that man is not good in anything and cannot bring any successor
