After Ugwuanyi won his re-election in 2019, he appointed Onoh as the Director General of Enugu Capital Territory Development Board. Immediately he was appointed, he embarked on demolition spree in Enugu in a bid to “reclaim the old master plan of Enugu”, that was what he said.

But this made him so unpopular in Enugu that he rarely came out; and when he did, he does so with police escort.

So, anybody that Josef Onoh is campaigning for in Enugu is actually doing himself a greet disservice than good.

The guy just wants to cash out from Tinubu.
