Contacting employer isn't necessary. They hardly do that and since you use a letter headed and a company stamp, they have no/less reason to contact your employer. Although it is possible in some cases

same thing happened to me, just chill nd check back later... It's d network

It myt not be d network, wat u have to do is, go to payment status on d site (u will see this on d task bar) den select ur mode of payment, u den enter ur transaction id and press continue, it will den bring out ur payment details. U can den proceed from dere by pressing re-query.
