I NEARLY CRIED YESTERDAY WHEN I HEARD WHAT HAPPENED AT FEGGE ONITSHA POLICE STATION [img][/img][img][/img]AND HOW THE YOUTHS RESPONDED TO DPO RABIU GARBA,A GOOD POLICE OFFICER TO EMULATE* A man who never put tribalism, religion or differences in his work.... True to his calling to serve our nation without influence of any politician. Not an Igbo man but he speaks Igbo in a way you will be mesmerized and full of laughter whenever he speaks.. He will tell you Nwannah why disobeying the law? People say police is not your friend but in this man I disagree with that notion. In him, i immensely believe that police is a friend.... Yesterday the youth was rampaging looking for Police Station to burn down. When they troop to his Fegge Police Station with gallons of fuel and weapons, most of his men was grip with fear, Behold !, when he came out, the Chants of the angry youths Change from " We no go agree oh we no go agree oh" to "DPO Garba you be our friend, DPO Garba You be our man" He addressed then properly, lectured them all and changed their perspective towards embracing calmness.. If you know him well you will know he can lecture very well from every angles of courses, law to Biology , physics to Science, religion to culture, he is the master of all... We call him Professor Rabiu. Tears nearly fall from my eyes tears of Joy and appreciation of a good man still serving and existing in Police. This is a Police man i have ever see who believe that hardworking pays. He is a police man and a Farmer as well. He is a Police man and a Civil Engineer. He is a Police man and a Lecturer as well... To me, I am encouraging all police men and woman to emulate this Young man and learn from his Public relation skill. Because I strongly believe Public relationship should be practiced to serve the public interest, to develop mutual understanding between organizations, the neighborhood and their publics. As a Psychologist, i have noticed that without publicity there can be no public support, and without public support every nation must decay.” DPO Rabiu Garba we all know was the man who single handedly build a Borehole water for the people of Fegge Where his station is situated without donations from the public. If i lie verify from anyone you know living in fegge. He also Organized Sports event for the youth at fegge Stadium where he normally engaged them in Table Tenis playing competition after work.. He walks among all without gun, knife or tear gas because he does his work diligently without corruption. So no fear of the mob. He attends many church events he is been invited for around onitsha which shows his sense of unity. When police do bad we mock them when we see one doing good pls my brothers and sister let us encourage that one as to lift his or her spirit to do more because ndi ba anyi is na Etoo dike na nkem omeru omekwa ozo.... DPO Rabiu Garba enyi Oha nile. No wonder people once cried when you wanted to leave to another Station. How i wish we have thousands of police men and women like you, the Police institution would have been so harmonized.....keep up the good work. Good market sells itself in the market... No wonder Odumeje cherish you so much. Thank you once again for the way you handled the youth matter yesterday which results to zero casualties at Fegge District... |

NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR-ELECT *PHIL MURPHY* APPOINTS THE FOLLOWING NIGERIANS INTO HIS TRANSITION TEAM: THEY ARE: 1). *Chief Sir Polly Ubah,* to serve under: EDUCATION, ACCESS AND OPPORTUNITY 2). *Chief Charles Ugo Eke,* to serve under: GOVERNMENT, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION 3). *Chief Dr. Francis Owoh,* to serve under: ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY 4). *Chief Dr. Iwuozo Obilor,* to serve under: HEALTH *DID YOU NOTICE SOMETHING? *THEY ARE ALL IGBOS. AMAZING!* None based on quota but on their worth, as well educated and cerebral gentlemen. While the Nigerian government is recruiting Malaysians as economic advisers to help pull it out of woods, the Americans are utilizing Igbo best and brightest brains to solve their problems. *Tribalism and marginalizing of Ndigbo is Nigeria's undoing.* |
Sincere Advise needed. Truly I am aware that this is not the rightful section for this but because of the need for quick and greater responses I had to bring it here. Now the issue: If you want to marry a girl who you know loves you, in all ramifications, she has shown she loves you 100% and you too love her same way but her parents do not accept you; Will you go ahead to marry her? Serious advise Please. |

bigpriik:I think their selection was based on shown Interest. By the way, I thought Ngozi Okonjo Iweala was there. Howevere, that is their own thinking for a reason not many are unaware of. Meanwhile, when the time comes, Igbos know the right people to present. |
Is04970:Get out |
Paschal2806:This is a nonsense attack on the noble "King" Igwe Nnaemeka Echebe -the Obi of Onitsha. If you have any personal grouse with him, try to settle it and stop using this indirect and buffoonery means, you are not talking to kids. He (The Governor) explained that the reason for the suspension of the 12 Igwes was because they went to visit the president without his approval and at the same time, you are enquirying why Iqwe Nmaemeka Echebe was not suspended for having a meeting with fellow members of the elders council. Was their meeting with the president? Does he (Igwe Echebe) need the governor's approval to have discussion with people or anyone he likes? Again, you asked why did he not campaign for zoning in the previous years and why is he not neutral? Another nonsensical questions. |

[img][/img]Chibuike Amaechi Is My Name, I am Igbo From Ikwere And Ikwere People Are Igbo My father loved one Yoruba lawyer called Rotimi. He dreamed to make me be like that smart lawyer, Rotimi. My name Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is Igbo and Yoruba only. I took the Yoruba name in admiration of the lawyer ...but my birth name are only Igbo names Chibuike Amaechi. I am an igbo man. Let no one deny me my Igbo heritage, birthright, ancestry, please! Unless you want to be sectional and deny the igbo people. I have made my self clear to National assembly, repeatedly, that I, Chibuike Amaechi from Ikwerre, am an igbo man. Our people are Igbo people. —Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi |

What is this brouhaha about presidential candidate? I believe if kastinans had known that current happenings now is what Pmb presidency would bring to them, they would have preferred Jonathan. Osibanjo is the vice president, Femi Gbajamiala is the speaker of house of reps, Fowler was the Chairman of Firs -I am still looking for how these have bettered the lives of the Yoruba masse. You deny Igbos presidency,(true, only you do not have the capacity to so) thinking you want to hold them down still, some of you will still go to some Igbos to borrow you money. Is that not a shame? After the shouts and positions in 2015 and now, the south west/Yorubas still have the highest numbers of suicides and suicide attempts, which are all as a of frustrations. Even if someone from the region becomes president, the case will still not change. Apart from bragging rights, what does the ordinary Yoruba man gain? You need sense Mr Op to think on how to generally better the lives of Nigerians rather than condescending your mind on regions. |
opeldavid:Always top ally, people around...., why not h.... |
kollinzgee:Op I am 100% with you. You can check my comments here. I am an Etchie too, from OKEHI 2. Go punish anybody that said I am not Igbo |

LukasPodolski:You are simply lazy |
You can live in Ogbomosho and succeed in Onitsha. Igbos that succeeded in other places had to leave their lands to those places before they could succeed. Hausa people that built mosques in Igboland, they did make the monies in the north. Success is about determination. |

I have not actually listened to Ganduje before but from his speech on this video, he is just an ordinary politician, not intelligent at all. |
IGBO BUSINESS MEN: Sudden Wealth and Their Money Rituals! This is probably the most difficult writeup I've done in recent times, but don't leave me yet... You see, I love the Igbo tribe so much that I had to write Jamb three times and insisted on studying in an Igbo speaking state... Unfortunately, UNN and ESUT refused me admission, while I rejected to study Chemical Engineering in The Federal Polytechnic, Afikpo; Ebonyi State. I've lived, mingled and transacted with lots of my Igbo business men and one thing stands out... They are all ritualist... A friend recently had a printing contract, and needed to come to Lagos to buy some of the things, like papers et all... So, he approached the Mushin Market, with his well starched, ironed with visible contour; and a beautiful pair of shoe.. With high shoulder, he stepped out of the house to the admiration of street babes... To him, going to buy materials worth almost 500k was a big deal, but he came back feeling slightly depressed... Da, what's wrong, I asked politely having observed his mood... For some minutes, he couldn't say anything... So I thought he's been duped and brainwashed not to tell anyone,,, You know the games na.. In the end, he said mildly; Da, fear igbo men ooo... What happened, I asked again? His response made me laugh so loud... If you see what I saw today eh! After I made a transfer to the guy for the 250k Papers I bought, for him to confirm the money has entered; he showed me the alert, and my eyes went to the account balance... Bro, I saw 50million plus in the guy's account... I mean, this guy was wearing bathroom slippers, Short and a small t-shirt... There must be something else he does... He must be a "ritualist"... I immediately reacted in defense of the guy... This mindset has been nurtured for too long by people of different tribes... In my over 10years of associating with Igbo friends, I have been able to confirm that they are all positive "ritualist"... May be we all need to look up the meaning of rituals... The sudden wealth of an Igbo man is as a result of years of accumulation. Igbo Business men who are already Millionaires will still look like one who hasn't seen N1 in a whole year... They don't live in an expensive house while trying to build wealth... They don't buy the most expensive cars when trying to build wealth, if they do during Christmas, they are selling it in January when they return from the village... They don't go for expensive clothes while trying to build wealth... They don't impress babes with money, while trying to build wealth... But, the moment they've accumulated enough, everything mentioned above will be done in double of what anyone else has been doing,,, They have a life ritual to build wealth... They have healthy competition among themselves, if you think I'm lying, go to Anambra and see houses... The major ritual of an Igbo Business man is patience, while building... That is why, whenever I go to their shops and they call me my oga, I will quickly return it to them... Igbo man will respect and almost worship you just to sell his goods to you, but meet outside his shop, he tells you; get away there! The sudden wealth of an Igbo Business man is as a result of many years of savings, and investment rituals.. So, next time you hear anyone telling you, Igbo Business men are "ritualist", be proud to let them know they are... Because it takes strong ritual sacrifices in patience, savings and investment to build sustainable wealth... If you are an Igbo Business man here, biko share to inspire your other brothers and let the world know that your rituals are positive rituals of patience, savings and investment... One love my Igbo brothers... © Timothy Anietie. |
seunmsg:This is a simple post with a simple massage to comprehend, but how it trew you off your mental balance and disorganised your comprehensibility is quite surprising. In your warped logic, so you voted Buhari because of Orji Kalu? Or was Orji the one to tell us who to vote? You will always have a trip of sand in your eyes but will chose to ignore it and talk more about the little some in another person's eyes, why? |
ALCOHOLKILLS:This is an old tactics, it ain't working anymore. But for your Information, Igbo as a group can not hate a fellow Igbo, they can only disagree. |
YOU CAN'T HATE ORJI UZOR KALU, AT THE SAME TIME LOVE TINUBU. ORJI UZOR KALU is a great Igbo politician, A Nigerian national builder, A respected politician among the political class of all ties. But he is being libel by the habitually hateful and jealous Yoruba urchins. A house has been discovered to have been bought in th USA by the immediate past and late governor of Oyo state worth millions of naira, while in office. They are mute and not talking anything about it. Like late Ajumobi, Orji Uzor Kalu and etc, all governors of the south west got involved in fraud. ORJI UZOR KALU is not more of a thief than Tinubu. All the visits show you that your opinions do not matter among the political class. ORJI UZOR KALU was elected as a governor the same time as Ahmed Bola Tinubu. While Tinubu was there and concerned for the monies he would make in Lagos, Orji Uzor Kalu was named the ACTION GOVERNOR in 1999 even till 2002. But this is not denying that he got derailed probably by the overbearing influence of his mother. Tinubu's greatest achievement as a politician is getting people who are close to him to assume positions (godfatherism) which are all motivated for selfish reasons Lagos under Tinubu was spelling. You will ask; why this fixation on Tinubu? Because, these western confined ignorant folks are adulating and worshiping him while libeling others. Or you think we do not know. |
Nonsense. I beg make way for me jare. |
Oyo state |
A crook is alway a crook. Tinubu is a crook and none of all these can make us look his way. For the "who are us", us are the sane and balanced in mind people of Nigeria |
