Do you think those two firms were built in the 2-3 years of GEJ's administration? You will probably find out that Fashola/Tinubu had much to do with facilitating these projects. They are only inviting him to commission it - this is basically to honor him as the president, just like he was invited to the Eko Atlantic event.
