RomanceCovid19: Corper Giving Foodstuffs To The Aged And Disabled In His Community by Alexis105(op): 3:26pm On Apr 07, 2020
This is what this corps member shared in my community yesterday.

A corps member named Sunday Bonny Omoikhoje aka Marley serving in Asaba Delta state went to his home town Afuze-Emai Owan East LGA of Edo state to share foodstuffs and other things to the aged and disabled people in the community. When I saw this I said to my self that there are still good people on earth who knows where to direct their wealth to in time of needs.

When asked why he had to do that, he told us that the government can not do all for us that we need to give to ourselves not to help the government but to help one another. He said he was in Delta state before the lockdown in Delta state but was hearing how people were suffering in his community Afuze-Emai, Edo state due to the economic breakdown from the pandemic disease. He said he put it upon himself and travel from Asaba to get things for his people.

He has called on other persons in the community who are capable not to stock food alone in their houses but also do well to share among neighbours because the present time is really hard. He also used that same opportunity to beg the local government and all public servants in the community to do same. He said he gives thanks to God for giving him the power to do this little thing also thank his friends who assisted him in the distribution.

Please let's check on our neighbours and see what is happening because hunger is now the killer of the day.

A wonderful gesture by this Corps member. God bless you for blessing your community. You're better than many of our politician who donated loaf of bread to the people that elected them into office.

Far better than them. For him to respond to the cry of his people even when is place of assignment is lockdown is a good one

KingAzubuike:
Same idiots that beat up taskforce officials yesterday must have felt they could take their game to a whole new level by confronting and challenging a soldier. Well ,you can kill him but just know that when you're back to your senses, it's an action you'll regret forever.

You kill one, they come back with a thousands and everything in that community will pay for it. Not even the houseflies will be spared.

By the way something about these warri people is that the slogan "warri no dey carry last" has gotten into their heads for so many years. Reason why they always try to form baddoo /gangster in anything. They never jam yet.

Modified Update

The soldier was eventually killed. I won't pity this people at all if the situation gets messier.
Rubbish

Which other elected political office holder in nigeria deem it necessary to review salaries without labour union agitating for it?

Only Oshiomhole in Edo SState that pays 25k against 18k minimum wage.

Many of these Governors will still not pay the 30 mark my words.

Oga say what u knw. Are u in Edo state or u are a civil service in Edo state?? Oga oshiomhole said but never paid it

not exactly. Oshiomole is the national APC chairman so it's hard not to control APC at the state level.
It's all just political moves and obaskeki wont play by that rule
And Oyegu could not control it when oshiomhole was the governor and him oyegu was the national chairman

Marijuana business is not allow in our country yet those illegally involve are constant clients to police officers. In my area in Benin u will see Nigeria police driving dia vehicle to this particular place like thrice in a week to come and collect their share. Once they arrive they don't waste time, they are given envelope and u see them zone off. Y not legalise it so that d illegal money taken by dis men on uniform can be directed straight to govt acct. Then u can talk on the abuse and punishment
