TravelRe: Explore Lisbon: Walking, Tram & Boat Tours Available by AlexMill(m): 12:00am On Jan 12
Great tips so far on the food and the sights! The oceanarium is definitely a must-see if you are visiting.

I wanted to add a practical tip that often gets overlooked until you actually need it: Healthcare.

Lisbon is very safe, but if you are traveling with family (especially young children or a pregnant partner), or if you are considering moving here as an expat, the language barrier in public hospitals can sometimes be a challenge.

If you find yourself in need of medical support, specifically regarding women's health or child care, I recommend checking out Clínica Matriz at https://clinicamatriz.pt

It is located in Parque das Nações (the modern Expo area, which is easy to access by train/metro). They are a reference point for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Pediatrics.

Why it’s useful for tourists/expats:

English-speaking: They are used to receiving international patients, so communication is much easier.

Specialized Care: They focus specifically on maternal and child health.

Convenience: The location is right near the river and the Vasco da Gama mall.

It’s always better to have a contact saved and not need it, than to scramble to find an English-speaking specialist in an emergency.

Enjoy Lisbon! It is a beautiful city.
HealthRe: Pregnancy Are You Pregnant Or Going Through A High Risk Pregnancy,,lets Talk by AlexMill(m): 11:54pm On Jan 11

Good evening.
Please don't be worried.
The EDD is usually an estimate, so you'd normally see +/- 2weeks in front of the date you're given.
You can go to the hospital, and your doctor might decide to wait for labour to begin spontaneously, or do some things to kick start the process e.g a membrane sweep, or just induce you straight up.
Depending on how baby is doing of course.
Yeah membrane sweep can be helpful in certain situations, you can discover in this obstetrician's page:

This was such a beautiful story to read. You shared your journey with so much honesty—from the hard days to the happy moments. You went through a lot, but your strength and faith really showed. I’m so glad you and your baby boy are doing well now. Enjoy being a mother, and you deserve all the happiness that comes next.

I like how you explained the basics so clearly — prenatal care, balanced diet, hydration, sleep, and exercise really do make a huge difference. Every expecting mom deserves access to that information and support.
HealthRe: 5 Things To Know Before Having Unprotected Sex by AlexMill(m): 7:37pm On Oct 30, 2025
using emergency contraception as a substitute for protected sexual relationships is very bad, emergency contraception alters the hormonal equilibrium of women, do you really want to be messing with your hormones just because you couldn't think ahead when desire struck?

this is not so rare, wealthy people are moving away from leaving too much wealth to their children and there is some psychology research showing inheriting vast amounts of wealth is not good for mental health

I just dey laugh. Wheytin 50K Laptop won do in this updated technology software application that we are having these days. Maybe you need the Laptop for entertainment like watching films and playing 2D Sudoku games not for any serious task. Please don't let me hear you want to use it for programming or 3D Animation. ooh!! ooh!! Don't even go there because you will suffered. Android Studio or Visual Studio require you to have 8GIG RAM with Nvidia graphics card of Laptop to run without lagging.
Use that 50K to buy XEC on Binance and hold till December 2022. You will buy a New MSI Laptop

triumphadler:
Spending much time playing games and solving puzzles that won't add anything to your bank account is waste of time.
There are many businesses that keep ones brain busy. Most business men don't have time for that and are still good in calculating figures
just look at how many great businessmen started playing chess at a very young age.
it's ok to have a mediocre brain if one only wants to be a mediocre businessman, but to be a great businessman one has to have a great brain and to have a great brain you have to train it on purpose, it's called deliberate practice and just "keeping busy" is not enough.
HealthPeople Who Regularly Play Sudoku Have Sharper Brains, New Study Finds by AlexMill(op): 6:57pm On Aug 08, 2021
Puzzles aren't only a fun activity to spend time on a rainy day. Research now shows there are cognitive benefits to filling in the correct mathematics and letters in the blocked grids of Sudoku and crossword riddles.

According to a investigation conducted by U.K. investigators at the University of Exeter and King's College London, mind games can help keep your brain fresh you age. The study, which was published in the International Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry, followed players between the periods of 50 and 93.

Each person was asked to complete a series of 10 mental tests — like word-matching, and number riddles — every day for a week. They were also quizzed on how regularly played mental puzzles in their quotidian life, with answers varying from never to recurrent, recurrent, daily, or multiple times per day.

Scientists believe that problem-solving exertion like online Sudoku can upgrade brain function and shield the mind from cognitive decline.
ahahah my brain will live forever I solve hundreds of sudoku every month on https://sudokukings.com and you can't beat my times either
