The person with the lesser audience should keep shut,,,, cause the person with greater audience knows what you don't know..... When you are able to reach out to an audience of his size,,,,you can now talk.....Mind you,,,, what you typed doesn't prove you are intelligent in any form

Exactly the same question I asked a friend who reached out to me last week for financial assistance to feed his family.
He said he attends a mega church in Lagos and had been paying tithes for many years but hasn't received any assistance from them yet despite reaching out.
I told him it makes no sense that his church has billions of Naira in their various bank accounts and some or majority of their members are suffering and in desperate need for help.
I also told him if he had saved 10% of his income for years in a savings account earning him interest, he would have tapped into that savings during this time to feed his family.
I later helped him and hoped he used it wisely.

My dear nairalanders, does it always end well marrying the Breadwinner of a family? He's the last born with 4 elder siblings but they all depend on him.

Yes, I knew he was the Breadwinner from day one but I thought with time, everyone else will be able to stand on their own, but it hasn't happened yet, we've dated for 3yrs now and he doesn't support me financially. I don't complain but he feels entitled to my money and when I get tired of him always asking me to lend him some money and decide to say no, he nags and tells me I'm not being supportive enough.

This is driving me really crazy cause he reminded me of how unsupportive I've been to him and his family, he's driving me insane, you can't possibly put the responsibility of your family on my shoulders, that's crazy and insensitive, over the years, I've borrowed him nothing less than 500k which I know for sure he's never giving back.

Is it normal to be in a parasitic relationship whereby the female remains the host that's being fed on?

I'm only 24 while he's 31.

We have been in lockdown
for some weeks now,because of this evil pandemic ravagin' the world not just nigeria only,
My questions are:
1)If this lockdown should continue,how are schools going to open since we don't have an online system.
2)will this not lead to a massive dropout from schools,due to poverty,insecurity and unseriousness?
3)All the parent in the house,how have you made sure your child is academically active despite not going to school?
4)do you think this lockdown is the best and only solution?
