Osun state received 3.6 b as monthly allocation when the economy was still okay and you want to tell me one single company which ran adverts for less than 2-3 months earned 2.1bn. We will get to 900 million twice before we make 2 b. Dokpesi has a lot of questions to answer and he must be made to give the excess over what he was originally entitled to.
