I didn't get enough gist in this matter but digging out the profile and information of your customer you had a disagreement with is quite unprofessional.

Any discerning individual will agree with the statement above.

A perfect analogy to this is accusing say GTBank for charging more bank charges than is necessary, indirectly scamming you.
Then GTBank goes ahead to dig up your past profiles and discover that you once put up a few faulty materials for sale.

A more professional way to do this was to clear your name outrightly and not resorting to subtle from of Tu Quo que fallacy just to paint the other aggrieved person black.

you missed the point when asked Gazzuzz what did he do to the engine that gaurantee a warrant he had no answer for it except that he started to point out manufacturer defects meaning he is running away from the blame and put on the manufacturer

lets has he reconditioned the engine right but he would give warrant because he had worked on it and he knows that its a good engine

besides that he never excluded himself from engine an engine failure that is due manufacturer defects, he didnt tell the customer becoz i guess he wanted money

that was a respond to what GAZZUZZ had said

i asked him what job did he do on the engine to gaurantee the 3 months warrant and he had no answer for it expect to blame the manufacturer having defective engine parts etc

then i asked him whether he explained that to his customer so thats if the engine fails he shouldnt blame GAZZUZZ because the engine still has defective parts from manufacturer

reality is GAZZUZZ knew the risky and took the gamble, now the issue is not about whether GAZZUZZ knew the risky or not but didnt explain what he just explained to me, to his customer

Please let us all calm down some of you haven’t even met Gazzuzz or even had a business deal with him , I have personally met him and don series of transactions with him without stress, I was even at his workshop yesterday and we spoke at length , we’re all humans and no matter how calm you are you’ll definitely have a limit to what you can take , Baba40 actually pushed Gazzuzz to the wall, you don’t slap me on the face and expect me to keep quite , Baba40 shouldn’t have insulted Gazzuzz and his brand it was totally uncalled yes he’s angry but there are serval ways to go about it without insult , please let’s us all calm our nerves I haven’t seen Baba40 or know what his personality looks like but I have dealt and know Gazzuzz for a quite a long time and carried out stress free transactions , Baba40 you insulted Gazzuzz first in your thread kindly make a retract and apologize and I’m very sure Gazzuzz would do same and you both can come
To a conclusion, no one had the monopoly of madness , you can’t step on the tail of a tiger and expect it to smile and lick your face Gazzuzz is human also , but the most important thing is that Gazzuzz self is just catching cruise I know this cus I was with him yesterday and I am a happy customer we joked laughed about everything if only Baba40 approached Gazzuzz in a more calm way all this would have been over since , please let peace regin .

Your Oga should provide evidence that he installed a Tokunbo engine that is working as should. He made the first claim so he should back it up. Another customer tat came the same July just complained of exact same issue.

Shows your Oga has been installed crappy engines for his clients.

Bros, I want this matter to end please. I have volunteered to send a tow truck driver to pick up your car from Gazuzz workshop anytime he is going to remove your engine. That way, you are rest assured of taking your car away from there to any workshop of your choice. Even to Ladipo for free. Since he's getting you some refund, arrange another engine so as to reduce the time you will spend without your car. In all, give him respect. I bought a gear in 2016 for nissan murano and till date when I returned it, I never got a replacement neither did they refund my money. I was told to wait for the next shipment coming in with grade one gear box. I had to pay the owner back without getting a refund. It was Nissparts that later saved me from the stress.
