Pls I just bought camon 15, is less than a week but the issue is that is showing earpieces while there is none, is not allowing the phone to ring or make calls without putting on speaker , not even wireless Bluetooth. I took to carlcare the don't even know what to do after doing factory reset.

Pls I need advice on what to do. Can't the factory change it for me.

If Apple asked for a phone to be returned, the phone gets picked up to rule out any other damage. Apple picks the device up not being on the sidelines accusing a user with no shred of evidence


You have no evidence at all whatsoever to back up your phone fell or water got into theories, worse so because you haven't asked for the device so you'd do your own personal inspection. That's a disappointment


Phone falls have a cosmetic flaw, fluid damage problems do not have an exclusive Panic full problem as the only issue. Screen blackouts, port and casing issues are usually in tandem. You dealing with iPhones for years shouldn't have you thinking like this just because there's a long line of customer base. Again, it's worse cos you haven't even physically inspected the phone to accuse a user and indirectly his sellers.

Even if the buyer was in Cotonou and 12 users came in contact with the phone, issue was reported as early as the 3rd day. So, it's a valid report even on the streets of Ikeja...


The easiest compromise and I mean easiest you could've done is take up the phone and see what they're talking about. You didn't. It's to bring a list of theories for a 3 day phone that you yourself again never saw before selling.


Do the right thing and reach a possible solution. Not these baseless "what ifs".

I dont know which business school you attended but in my years of experience in sales/business issues are looked at critically before solution is arrived at. Now if you sold an item to someone which is you certified to be in good working condition and they bring it back to you, do you just accept it back straight away?

Its on this same thread PS was sold to someone, he spoilt it and claimed he got a bad PS..It was during back and forth he later confessed and admitted, you can go back to previous pages and read.

Like someone said, he just uses our money to do business then refund without interest after wasting our time, imagine an item i paid for since June 2nd and he happily refunded me without any apologies or anything.

Wow good morning everyone, I just woke up to this, first I will apologize to everyone concern all these are not intentional, I have already explained to few people that I don’t do pick up, I usually place order on eBay and all, and most times there is always and issues one way and the other, i don’t think, and I always give time 3 weeks to a month and if you can’t wait don’t place an order.. you will all get your items please...

And for those who have gotten their items and won’t same something nice it’s fine....

Having gone through the whole complaints on this thread, I can say twinskenny is the biggest scammer and fraudster ever on this thread, he’s name should be wriiten in red among the blacklisted people, I would have gotten him arrested but my friend that introduced me to him begged on he’s behalf. He’s just a cheap dirty scammer.

Paid twinskenny for a locked 11 pro(220k) since 16th of May also, shipment has dropped multiple times and twinskenny keeps saying item isn’t amongst he didn’t get my pro

Last week shipment dropped twinskenny told me to come to his office at Ojota spent over 6k transporting to Ojota and back home even went with the owner of the phone cause the guy was saying I got his phone and sold it, got to Twinskenny’s office he said my phone didn’t drop said I should pay extra to get an unlock pro for 350k so I would be paying extra 130k after Waiting for over a month told him we couldn’t pay he said we should wait next shipment that’s today, today shipment dropped twinskenny said there’s no pro again... normally I’ll ask for refund but after waiting this long I’m just blank

Bro, we've had an agreement to make a refund of 35k before now. Sending the power bank from Lagos to ilorin during lockdown wasn't free. I told you about the delivery fee when my contact got to you, you said you weren't paying for delivery which I quoted on our chat on watsapp but you claimed you never saw the delivery fee aspect. I suggested we get you an inverter so this system can work for any device which you agreed, we've gotten the inverter and you requested you needed the money because we couldn't meet up with the agreed date.

When you make a deposit of 5k to my account we've not met yet I deliver the next day. Please i did not scam you. The cord I sent you did not fit in with your laptop
