CSTR2: lol I am a first class engineering graduate working for a major oil servicing coy, and i also lecture in a federal university. I can afford to give a lady N100,000 every month, but i won't. Why? Because it's a waste. A smart and purposeful partner will not want me to waste money like that. Well bro, we all look but see things differently. For the fact that it's a waste to you doesn't apply to everybody. |

If Nigerian nor the FEDERAL High Court must maintain Nigeria constitution then (Buhari) have to provide His Real school certificate..
Nigeria constitution remain invalid till Buhari provide His real school certificate to the Nigerian.......
Let they 19 hungry lawyers of the apc go and look for a better work and stop disturbing the peace which GEJ gave to us.*** Now that GEJ is no more in control of the military, you can easily forward your request about Buhari's certificate to defence headquarter, they would provide it. nairalandist: If they like, let Tinubu step down for Ambode, we want Jimi and that's final. That's the true change.
All these ones are just looking for compensation because they never stood a chance. Now let the giants fight!
If APC holds both federal and state power it would be too much power for them and I'm afraid the people may not have a voice anymore. Only a good competition between state and federal powers can drive true development.
Jimi for sure! But, how could you imagine PDP, the opposition to take hold of lagos when you aware of the fact that Lagos is the headquarter of the incumbent political party, APC? |

Acidosis: This message is directed to all peace loving Nigerians. There is something about that word "Sai-Buhari."
At the shout of that name; all sane Nigerians become insane, blood pressures rise; tentacles grow from the skull; and teeth begin to gnash!
Stay safe Nigerians! Sai Buhari is synonymous to VIOLENCE; wherever & whenever that name is called; what follows is VIOLENCE.
Nairaland was peaceful until we started seeing these words; Lagos was peaceful until "SAI BUHARI"
Do you even know the main activator of the 2011 post election violence? Fellow Nigerians, watch the video on YouTube and tell me what you hear!
We've seen people destroying banners and simultaneously chanting "SAI-BUHARI." That name give them the energy and tenacity to kill, steal and destroy.
"SAI-BUHARI" will result to loss of lives on Saturday, 28th. When you hear that name; grab your voter card and run for your dear life.

Braggante: Just like you, I'm also interested in Nigerian development. I wish for a time when our nation will leave the title of a mere developing country. I wish for a time when our green passport will not be an invitation to undeserved suspicion and embarrassment at foreign airports. For a time when economic growth will truly reflect in the lives of the common people. I wish for a time when we can be proud to be Nigerians again.
On the other hand, I, like you love the comfort of continuity, the security of the familiar and tranquility of repetition. But truth be told, there is something terribly wrong with this country. Corruption is destroying our economy and so is insecurity, unemployment and lack of power supply, infrastructural neglect, to name a few. The economic gains remain in the pocket of the few at the top, while you and I scramble for what is left. Some of us point fingers and accuse the government of not doing enough. But if we are looking for the guilty, we need only look into a mirror.
Four years ago, we voted for good luck and not PDP, we were carried away with the facade of innocence and fresh alternative this government enticed us with. We hoped and waited. Now it is obvious that Goodluck Jonathan cannot do better for us than he is doing now, despite the myriad of propaganda that conspires to rob us of our reason and corrupt our common sense. Worse still, the media has become a tool to broadcast falsehood with the hope of blurring the truth, and deceiving us. The truth however is obvious on the faces of the impoverished homeless men and women on the streets, in the minds of the jobless youths used as political thugs. In the tragedy that has become of our once great nation.
A few hours from today, we have another opportunity to correct this damning error called PDP. But if you've seen nothing, If the crimes of this present government remain unknown to you, I suggest you allow the 28th of March, to pass unnoticed.
But if you see what i see, if you feel as I feel, and if you seek as I seek, then I ask you to join me on Saturday, at your polling station with your PVC, to vote GMB/PYO, and together we shall give PDP a 28th of March that shall never ever be forgot. It shall be well with you IJN, Amen. |

jomoh: Man you just proved my point right. You don't win people over to your side by insulting/bullying them. But I will still pretend not to see your insults.
In 1999 no one had a choice because there were only two options on ground and they were both Yorubas. In 2003 the general election was total fraud as stated on wikipedia (whether you voted or not, it wasn't your vote that brought him in)so your claim on voting for a particular Yoruba man is flawed. In 2007 there were two major candidates both from the north.
No one is against someone from an ethnic minority. If you've forgotten, when he was against the so called cabal, people came out on the streets of Lagos to protest. The protests were led by Yorubas. In 2011 we all voted for him because he claimed to have no shoes growing up. His sin started in Jan 1 2012 with the removal of subsidy without preparing modalities to cushion the effect on the masses. Since then it has being from one great sin to the other. The worst was that he never took responsibility for any of it being the CEO of the nation. I also believed the sins are not hidden for anyone to see except someone in denial. His sins are so much that you will have to put them into various Heads and sub heads. Both direct sins and vicarious sins(PEJ). Even his wife admits that he has failed, telling us we should allow him to repeat. This is Nigeria(a Nation of 170million people) not some primary school.
Patriotism indeed. As patriotic as the biafrans. Talking about joining the fray. If you've not joined the fray then what are you doing here defending the clueless fisherman. 80% of TAN members on this forum are brothers/sisters from the SE. So are you still talking about joining the fray or you're mixed in the fray already.
Yes it is the Igbotic thing to do, to support Ebele Azikiwe even with all the evidence of failure staring at you.
Yes you don't need the support of anyone because you're so big to have produced the most leaders for the nation. Dats why your minority neighbour has produced president while you the giant majority has not tasted it since God knows when abi. Shio
Take my advice, coming from a politically sophisticated tribe. Politics is a game of chess/draft. You learn how to negotiate and make sacrifice. Yorubas sacrificed the woman from south west that couldve being the speaker of house of reps just to get rid of PDP in the south west. While also gaining ally from the north east. Now PDP/GEJ is sweating for it. I want to be your poltical student sir. |
