Help me pls, my car is making me miserable!

Its a pegeout 307. The problem is, there seem to be no full transmission no matter what I do. I've taken it for diagnosis many time. I've changed like five fuel pumps, changed the coil, changed the plugs and several other things in the car as the mechanics always advice, but the problem remain the same. Could it electrical? I do not know. Its making me miserable, pls those with the know how should pls help, thans.

At times one consider you Yorubas as the most sensible people but thats very far from the truth. You see nothing wrong with what your so called Royal Father said and threatened to do, all you see wrong is the Ibos, who...what did even do again? I know alot of yorubas in Kaduna, my state capital and they vote for whoever they want, none of them have been threatened with being thrown into River Kaduna if they should not vote the Sarki's candidate.
