Family › Re: If Your Father Said This To You As His Last Word In Dying Bed What Does It Mean? by alizma: 8:47am On Sep 07, 2025 |
Toruibestate: My father died day before yesterday of which was Friday, the last time I saw my father, he said my son, please eat with me, you have proven yourself to be truly my son..
I said no thank you I have eaten at home food cooked by my wife and I'm not hungry, nevertheless you don't have much food here but the manageable one we've provided, any way let me go and get you your inhaler you ask that I buy for you since you say you can't breathe well. When I came back with the inhaler he said my son, thank you for everything you have done for me at all times.
I said anything for you my daddy. Anyway let me go back to work and I left him with my sister's and that was the last time I saw him. Before I came back, daddy has passed away. I'm in sorrow.
He asked me to do all I can to make sure he live and die on his own on his land. I did that for him. The first cement I bought in my life wasn't to build my own house but to build house for daddy.
It was when his immediate younger sister same father, same mother came that she told me how my father called her in his sick bed on phone telling her how I spends half million within weeks just to make sure he is okay.
I don't have much I'm just a random person that Nigeria isn't fare to.
@General Ditari. Take heart broken, I can understand your pain but you have tried the much you can. One most important part I think of a man's life is to be in good relationship with his parents till the very last time. To reciprocate that love they showed in raising one as a child. |

Crocodile tears, don't fall for it. I was expecting him to say, out of 30 schools, we were able to build 11 or 12 to the standard expected but we ran out of money and couldn't do others. At such stage I could understand him but blabbing about being shot at, accident and ending the story with tears is nothing to me. Hold him well. Not only the politicians are criminals, the contractors are the worst at times |

I know why I said so and until I say something different, don't add or remove from what I said and don't try to conclude on my behalf because you don't know why I said what I said. |

She has been developed. To avoid this in Ikeja, once they bring out the phone and on it and you are ok with it, don't allow them return it to the park and don't let them touch it, let the communication shift from the phone to payment. Note; don't allow them to touch the phone ones it's powered and you confirm that is what you want but unfortunately, the victims are never organized not smart. A smart person, no matter how greedy he/she is, knows when the price is outrageously far from what it should be. |

magoo10: leave propaganda and go find out the reasons.there were a lot of litigations against his government. Today nobody is fighting tinubu with litigations infact he controls the judiciary and legislature yet he cannot provide or even pretend to be leading under democratic rule. Something anyone supporting him should be ashamed of that is if you guys have shame at all If he is a saint and generally accepted as some of you want us to believe, then why so many litigation against him, if there was so much litigation(now turned excuses) against him when he was within his kingsmen, what is the assurance that he won't be facing even more litigation at the national leve perhaps you are saying we should give him chance and embrace more excuses. |
Politics › Re: We Are Ready To Work With You - Rivers APC Tells Fubara by alizma: 7:28am On Sep 03, 2025 |
blackgold2018: “I’ll rather die standing than to die kneeling”. Fubara is weak. Both Tinubu and Wike will never tolerate this when they were governors.
Fubara plans were going fine against Wike until Tinubu helped wike’s ass. I said here before that there recent reconciliation picture a month ago was for the camera. Because they wouldn’t have dismantled fubara structures to put back Wike days ago. They won checkmate fubara. The like of Obaseki and Ngige will fight to the finish. Ngige still today is being viewed as a strong man because the way he fought I don't know why some of you still think that power is hand picked by the road side. You you had expected them to retain fubara's structure, what a long time forgotten joke is that, who does that? This is politics bro, not family meeting. Someone raise to fight his benefactor in politics and you expect the benefactor to give him a standing ovation by restoring his structure? They don't do that in politics, even in business, it is not done. |

magoo10: Is it not an irony merging democracy and military rule in one action. Peter Obi said it clearly 'what we are practicing today in Nigeria is not democracy ' . If the man who failed to conduct local government election while he was a governor is now your best lecturer on democracy, don't you think you are already failing the class from the start? |

Redoil: Laws should be made to stop all this rubbish of flagging off the construction of a new white elephant project for people to see and clap for them. They will flag off and abandon the project . Only the completion of any project should be announce You don't know wike at all, he does not belong to that class of politicians who deliberately abandoned projects and that's why he doesn't joke with contractors, go back and read the passage again, you will see that he has already set penalty if the job is not completed as promised. |

Chai, i feel for the affected people but let's ask, did government give notice, if yes, which is likely the case, why is it always difficult for us to obey? I also think the government should come up with life span plan for every market. This will make the traders to understand that at some point in the future when development comes, they might be asked to move to another place or extend the period, also, there should be no permanent structure erected on land designated as market land or anyone doing that should know that the structure can be taken down at the expiration of the market's life span |
