The issue is that most of the landlords are usually aware of the limited areas approved to them, so when the boys are sent from office to check what is going on, the landlords call them aside and give them something and they will go back to the office and say the landlord is building according to plan.
Last 3yrs, there was a road construction ongoing and some houses were marked for partial demolition and money was paid to the landlords but some of the landlords paid the guys that did the marking to do some little adjustments like adjusting the marked area by 1metre or more which they did. I got married last year June and by February 2024, I was transferred to another state for work. I was bored in the city and probably made a mistake. The girl stays in same hotel, and works for a bank, also on a course. So we started talking and one thing led to another. This girl had her phone on audio record the two times we got down and recorded all the audio of the shit we did.

My wife came visiting and of course I defined boundaries the moment wifey was around. A few days back I got high and dozed off, my wife got into my phone saw our chats. Her last chat to me, was regarding the audio. My wife followed through the convo and she sent two 24 minute audios.

Before I could wake, Wifey was already gone from the hotel. And when I checked my phone I saw a long epistle and screen shots of what happened. Now she has called my entire family, friends everybody I know. I am so ashamed of myself.

You ve been caught, the only thing you can do now is to be strong to face loosing your family or getting it back as the case maybe but the road to getting this achieve is not by begging at least not now.

If any of the call you, tell them you will fix things up with your wife but don't call your wife yet. Within few days she will get the message that you are going to fix things up, then travel home after a week or when you are sure the message must have gotten to her, do as if you visit to pick something and return, tell her you guys need to discuss something before you leave. Then explain yourself and then apologize to her, at this point, you may decide to stick to the earlier plan of going back that same day or stay back, this depends on the outcome of your discussion but if things don't go well don't stay back and if she is a hot temper, don't stay back until you are sure it's safe to sleep under the same roof with her.

1. If you must step out to express your dissatisfaction, you have to step out with clear terms of request.
2. Most of our problems are as a result of our actions. The Nigerian government tried to improve on our agricultural sector and protect the interest of the farmers by banning imported rice but our people hijacked that privileged and today local rice is not affordable for an average Nigerian, the Naira nose-dived sometimes in 2021/2022, since then, Nigerians, especially the celebrities started trading on dollars, they buy dollars that they don't need for travel or purchase, keep it under their pillows and sell when the Naira crashes further, how many youths are talking about crypto currency or gold trading now, the focus is no dollar.
3. If we hit the streets and government decided to act, the moment EFCC pick somebody, people from his area will not focus on whether he is guilty or not, their question will be, is he the only one, why are others not arrested?
4. When dollar was going up, we saw how prices went up but the reverse was the case when dollar crashed against naira, was it the government that was selling garri, onion, yam, tomatoes etc, ?
