i care: NIGERIA NOT FORMED FOR MINORITIES YET MINORITIES ARE ON THE MAP AND HAVE TAKEN GOVERNMENT POSITIONS.
IF NIGERIA HAS TRUE FEDERALISM LIKE THE USA NOBODY OR REGION WOULD CARE WHO BECOMES THE NEXT PRESIDENT LIKE AMERICANS ARE NOT BOTHERED WHICH STATE THE PRESIDENT IS FROM, FOR ME RATHER I WILL SAY,
TRUE FEDERALISM IS THE BEST FOR NIGERIA WITHOUT IT THEN ZONING IS THE NEXT OPTION.
WHEN THERE IS TRUE FEDERALISM THEIR IS NO NEED FOR ZONING BECAUSE THE STATES ARE SRONGER AND RICHER THAN THE CENTER. BUT WHERE THERE IS QUASI FEDERALISM LIKE NIGERIA THEN ZONING IS THE BEST OPTION TO KEEP ALL REGIONS INVOLVED NO MATTER HOW LONG THE TURN OF A REGION WILL COME AND OTHER ALSO HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT TURN.BECAUSE THE CENTER IS STRONGER THAN THE STATE, AND THE CENTER IS DETERMINED BY MAJORITY WHICH MAKES MINORITY MINOR. gbam |

kcjazz: Bros, my advice to you is to inform the Igbo leaders to step their game up. Fix the Igbo states and we can be ready for presidency. Its not an issue of it is our turn, rather let us be united in one purpose to make the SE of Nigeria the best part of the country to live and that can be achieved without been president.
However, in the interest of my kids, I am interested in a leader, tribe doesn't make one, let us end the religious and tribal politics, the gains are worthless. gbam |

if igbo man become president, what difference does that make who cares whether he is igbo or hausa or yoruba we need a leader that is not based on ethnicity or religion but a leader that sees everyone as equals lets leave this notion of yoruba must be president now, igbo must be president tomorrow i mean what difference does that make does it mean your standard of living would be better if igbo become president or what i beg and plead with my igbo brothers that they should forget this wazobia politics and move forward, be progressive and be the best country in the world not only africa. ezeuche and co pls, lets not be trablistic about the future of nigeria the future generation of nigeria would need ppl like us to make the right decision
trust me no northerner likes ibb and co we just want progress like the yorubas and the igbos |

Anybody that works against this (be him an Igboman or not) is simply an enemy of Ndigbo. sharrp there, jonathan is igbo, and the rest is etc so stop this ur ranting |

DOES ANYONE HAVE PROOF THAT THEIR FOREFATHERS PLANTED OIL? NO
OIL IS A NATURAL RESOURCE AND BELONGS TO NIGERIA AND NOT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL
YES THERE IS NEED TO COMPENSATE THOSE WHO IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING ARE BEING DESTROYED DUE TO EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES
HOWEVER NOBODY SHOULD CONFUSE THAT TO MEAN SPECIAL OWNERSHIP
THIS CONFUSION IS AT THE HEART OF WHY SOME ARE DYING FOR NOTHING IN THE NIGER-DELTA, IF THIS MADNESS CALLED POLITICAL CORRECTNESS IS NOT SOLVED THIS PROBLEM WILL CONTINUE.
OIL BELONGS TO NIGERIA AND NOT ANY INDIVIDUAL. i beg tell the igbos on this forum ooooo |

ChinenyeN: Alj Harem, you talk stupidly. You're going every which way and making less and less sense, as you progress. You sound more like an anger/rage-ravaged individual with some kind of vendetta than someone with an honest intention to truly discuss.
For those contesting (although there's nothing to contest here), there are Igbo groups in ND area. ND area is a geographical expression and not a political one. Abia is considered an ND state because the Ngwa-Ukwa zone falls into ND area. Enough contesting. Regarding the article, I agree with the title, but I'll have to thoroughly read through it first to conclude any further. shut it!! when did u ppl stop call south-south a political zone u dey craze, south-south ppl have right to stay on their own |
