End of another week. No official news from PSC or NPF on the fate of those put on reserve list or set to be interviewed by PSC. Our lives have been on hold. Many have resigned from their places of work before knowing those slated for interview will still sit at home for some time. Many are putting critical life steps on hold because they do not know the next step of PSC. Na wa o for these police commission people

i understand how u feel bro...and d only play left for us is patience...dis wait cant last long...may nxt week bring us closer to d answers we seek.

I'm not a pastor or imam but I have previously said we on reserve should just keep praying.. I'll keep some info by the side, PSC chairman is on leave, inspite that, work is still ongoing on the recruitment, very few individuals with high connect and favour got appointment thru txt msgs but are not told to resume camp yet.. While 4 ASP have join the 488 inaugurated.. The bottom line is just keep praying, and remove your mind from whether your state is complete or not...

i can confirm d new guys who joined...dey were part of the selected. thumbs up 4 d agile intel

I learnt they have just 92 specialist in Jos camp and our training is 6months. Probably they don't have enough facility or fund to cater for the rest of us on interview list,i sincerely hope something come out soon

d guys in camp say its 9 months while gd is 12...one day we will look back at these uncertain times - and i hope we will b doin it with contented faces

dtd stands 4 department of training and development. d stakeholders r d same people who carried out a subtle change in d orginal recruitment. dnt ask me wat d change is. if i say it it wouldnt change anything. lets all remain alert comrades.

i knw d waiting has been trying but den dats wat makes u a tough cookie. but u can b rest assured dat ALL reserves will b called n u will b doin urself a world of good if u simply believe it. as i speak d psc is holding a high powered meeting with relevant stakeholders n as soon as dey send a secular to d police DTD dey will release an official public statement...pls dont blow ur t fare- u will need it soon

pls take note, not all reserves will be called upon. It solely depends on the need for a replacement in your various states. if their is no need for a replacement in the selected names from your state then you won't be called upon.

they intentionally don't want to update us because after daily exercises especially around 5:30 to 6:00 pm dey normally are free and most of dem make use of dia fones.may friend two dayz ago said two AIGs were at d camp(jos) one supervising medical and d other screening of credentials.

dont put it dat way. dey could tell u dey have gone for drill, dat d food is good, dat d IG even visited dem bla bla bla but dat wont b good enuf because we both know dat we dont want such intels. wat we want to knw is wen d police will address those of us on d waiting list and frankly d guys in camp dont know a kobo abt dat. even d instructors in camp dont know a hoot about dat. it is only force headquarters and top management of the psc dat knows. so dnt paint d guys in camp black. i am also on d waiting list but dat doesnt mean we should forget dat dey cant really help us with dem juicy intels - just keep ur eyes popped n ur ears to d ground..

As at yesterday's inauguration, the strength for General ASP is 488 nd ASP Specialist is 87.

So looking at the General ASP, 12 lucky people from the reserves would be called up.
For the ASP specialist on interview, they would follow the laid down process because 87 ASP Specialist was not what they intend recruiting...

i may b wrong but i pray am right - dat way all d reserves gets to go. tanx 4 d update...by d way could u possibly know d states dat require these 12 'special ones?'

Hello house. As regards to what you are asking about the reserved candidates. Honestly as am talking you. we here in Ikeja we are on intense screening of credentials and documentation and as of now they didnt said anything about the reserved. We are sorry for the silence which is due to hectic days we are having. I know by friday they will be through with the screening and documentation. So if there is an update i will let d house know. Thank you.

and incase someone needs more data i will tell u dat i have d full list of all d recruited both gd n sp. for cadet asp d total number of selected is exactly A 500 and with three reserves per state (fct had only 1 with 6 selected) d reserves stood at 110. d scenerio is repeated in d inspectorate cadre. as for specialist cadre only 4 per state were selected while d rest were written for interview. guys tink...y did d memo to stop reserves n specialists from going to camp come up only few hours to d resumption of camp? y do u tink dey did not state in d newspaper publication dat reserves should b on hold? my guess is dat dey were optimistic d d govt. would release funds for d xtras ( reserves/ interview) b4 training day bt d govt. dissapointed dem so dey had to issue dat secular in d dying minute. of course dis is my personal n i hope to God it is completely accurate because it would mean all reserves would eventually go to camp

its in record dat d names are 10093 because some names were repeated twice n dis error occurred only with d constable recruits ( d constables do not hve reserves. for someone tinking dis is wishful tinkin d asp's in jos are currently doin dia inauguration. dis is after many who didnt even meet up to d height requirement were allowed to scale through n d total number dat showed up as at yesterday wasnt yet up to d 500. reserves tink...y havent dey sent for u
