What I said was, Mikel is trying but he needs to improve on his game and burst forward instead of passing sideways.
I also made notes that Mikel did make some very last minute tackles for Chelsea which cannot be overlooked.
Plus, Mikel plays only to instructions but he needs to break loose.

Please correct me if I am wrong. I think there is some politics going on at the bridge. I am thinking Hiddink has advised RA on who should go and stay. For that reason, I think the plan is to play Drogba, Ballack, Malouda and Belletti as many times as possible to increase their resale value. . and maintain good performances at the same time.

On the other hand. . . I think we are trying to make Quaresma as rubbish as possible  so that we can convince Inter to buy him on the cheap. . .



That's the only reason I see Malouda playing above Quaresma.

Mikel should be on that list too because Essien is back . .except if FBS prove me wrong
