Hello everyone, Please, i applied for canada PR via the AIP route, its been 2months and a week, i am yet to get a biometric request letter. I only got a mail acknowledging the receipt of application when application was submitted, application does not have a reference number to track it yet. I tried checking the status on the portal, it only displayed submitted. Though i have done biometric with IRCC before (3years ago), but i learnt that PR biometric is different and it must be done separately. I just want to know if everything is normal. |
Hello everyone, I am in limerick ireland and i am looking for accommodation, shared apartment can also be helpful. Anyone with this opportunity at a good rate should reach out to me please Many thanks in advance |
Hello everyone, I am trying to submit a PR visa application to IRCC via the AIP program route. In 2023 I applied for a canada visit visa, which i was refused due to insufficient fund. I remembered, I stated in my SOP that i will be returning to my family(wife), who is a nursing mother and only work four hours a day as an online instructor In my endorsement application form, I declare her as unemployed, since the AIP route is solely about the principal applicant meeting the requirements. Now that we will be submitting our PR application, do I need to submit a LOE stating she offer a voluntary service teaching as an online instructor. Which is not a paid job(unemployed) or I go ahead and submit the application without explanation letter. Considering IRCC will always check your previous application for any contradicting information. Your advice will be appreciated |
Hello everyone, Mainly 2019 -2022 set that migrated to Brazil 🇧🇷 It must have been a lifetime experience, from visa struggles to giving birth, permanent residence documentation, filling for neutralization, learning a new language, finding your feet in a new economy. just to mention a few Moments of smiles and frowns in the life of an immigrant. Despite the sacrifices made and the progress achieved, your very best is yet to be manifest. KEEP PUSHING AND DON'T BACK DOWN MY PEOPLE |
Hello everyone, Your honest advice will be appreciated, I am a nigerian-brazilian willing to move to Ireland. Being a Brazilian, I have the option of visit ireland visa free and purchase an English course for eight months which give room for work and study. I intend to use this route to relocate to Ireland, if I can secure a sponsorship job during this period or pick up more courses to extend my stay. I am a mechanical engineering by profession, both academically and hand on the job. People living in Ireland already, your honest opinion will be appreciated. |
Hello everyone, Your honest advice will be appreciated. I applied to attend a conference in the USA, the organizer of the conference as sent me an invitation letter, I have little consign regarding how the letter is been written. The first paragraph states thank you for your interest in attending so and so conference. Is it advisable to continue with this application or just abort mission. |
You do not necessarily need a lawyer to apply for PR and you will not easily find some to put you through for free in brazil, However they are a lot of NGO that will help you for free and at every step you run into a dead end, you can always come here and ask questions, trust me it's not that difficult. daddy111: |
Declaring childbirth as the purpose of your trip will lead to automatic refusal interm of Brazil visa application. post=130752494]@untamedd Your responses are very helpful. I’m confused and need someone to help. My wife is due in October and I have not applied for the Brazil visa yet. Her pregnancy is obvious and I would like to know if that is not a problem. For US, we declared childbirth as our purpose of travel, showed doctor’s correspondence and Payment receipts and we were granted visa (2017). Does this apply to Brazil? Is it 100% certain that we will be called for interview. Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
|
@cashmadam Many thanks and God bless you Cashmadam post Major reason was the company document. Appears the case worker didn't bother going through other documents.
|
Hello house, I got this refusal note from Ukvi, does it the reason for my refusal was because of my untranslated company registration letter, can I re-apply immediately,or can you explain this better

You can share list of documents you submitted earlier and briefly explain your circumstances. Myself and any other professionals in the house can share our own opinion on your next approach to the embassy. Hedgefunds: |
Hello meu irmao, To answer your questions, I will say YES. Since you believe people here have more information than the Brazilian government. If the consulate responded with a YES, what else are you looking for. If the consulate said no, and I tell you yes! Will you still go ahead and purchase ticket? Worst case scenario, when traveling, go with a print out copy of their response mail. Bammybestowed: |
Hello friend, my 2cent opinion You are better off without an invite, than an invite which you can not prove an existing relationship between both parties to the VO(visa officer) Times have changed, we are in an era that the Brazilian consulate now issue a refusal stamp on your passport when you provide a misleading information, you don't even know the criminal record of the person sending you the invite here in Brazil. Do your home work, get more than enough documents to justify your circumstances. Am sure you will get the visa. Read the thread from page 1 and ask questions here. Do not reach out to me please, I will not respond. Just paste your questions here. Thanks Hi all, I got denied JAN, but I want to reapply with my wife and kids again...anyone here can send us an invite.i don't mind paying.
|
My man OsiEnterprise, once you complete filling the application form and successful upload of your passport data page and confirmation page. You will have to wait for the embassy to review your documents and send you a mail for appointment booking, I hope this address your concern. We are expecting you here in Brazil my Spanish brother. Hello i will be visiting Jamaica shortly, i already purchase the ticket via Sao Paulo on same PNR This one am hearing mandatory Brazil transit visa is required House what do i do........ abeg ooooo |
Hello everyone, Different from educating Nigerian on how to book ticket to Jamaica without issues. i will also advice my dear brothers and sisters in Jamaica to also educate Nigerian about Jamaica live style, residency and living standard This will help a lot of Nigerians willing to relocate legally make an informed decision, most Nigerians are tired of refusal and deportation from the western countries and are looking up to the Caribbean's (CARICOM, Mercosur) However, i must say a big thank you to everyone on this platform putting out information for their fellow Nigerians |
walex222:Many thanks olawax. I will do just that |

TechSpot:Many thanks bro, it's actually expires on the 18th of this month, I entered on the 31st and was stamped 30days |
Thanks baba quote author=mcafeez post=109890014]Yes, base on my travel experience. Any multiple entry visa, you can enter as much as you want for the duration of the visa. For 3 months visa they usually give between 15day - 30days entry stamp at the POE. Lets assume you even enter when your visa remain few days to expire. You will still be given 30days. Gurus in the house will also contributes.
|
Many thanks boss quote author=Omix2 post=109895665] Means you are allowed to stay for a total of 30 days. You can exit and re-enter as many times as you want until the 30-day allowance is used up or until the 90th day after the issue date (provided you've stayed for less than 30 days in total)
|
Hello expert in the house, I just got into Sao Paulo few days back. I have a 90days multiple entry. But max duration of stay was 30days as stated on the visa page Does this mean I can visit multiple times within 90days starting from date of entry/ I can only stay 30day within a single visit @oluwo1, techspot and other expert in the house your opinion will be appreciated. |
For a female applicant,80percent get called up for interview, even if you submit in person (quote author=Choiceart0710 post=109865901]Hello. I'm curious, if an applicant submit in person, is it likely that he or she would still be called for an appointment later? Like we have people that submitted through DHL and are later called for appointment on a particular date, what I'm asking is in the case of those who submitted physically. Anyone with clarity please?
|
Many thanks bro, I got my CPF yesterday from the receita federal without any interview. If you got your visa in-person, I suggest you do it here especially if you don't know Portuguese. You can fill the online form according to the consulate's instruction, print the document, upload it to the e-consular website and wait for it to be approved within the same or next working day. Then select an "interview" date. Basically, you will just give them the same documents you did online in-person and they would give you the cpf number. I have never been to Brazil or even applied for a visa yet but I got mine done here because I needed it to enroll in an online course at a Brazilian University. If you have not gone to collect your visa approval docs, just give them the printed docs the same day. When I did mine, it didn't take up to 30 minutes.
|
