I also dont blame u, when u travel out at least for a visit then u go wise up. Believe me ur orientation wud change.
Most of the soldiers whom u claim are on the frontline fighting are in d military not because of love of country but due to lack of alternative jobs out there.
If Boko haram is successfully repressed another one wud come up unless d root causes are addressed and more people & soldiers wud die while the politicians are busy looting. The bane of any developed society is the law and equality before it. Hence if we ve robbers like Saraki, nuisance like Dino, ex governors who were mindless looters in d national assembly to make law then u can be sure that society is completely doomed. Well Nigeria needs bold citizens like u say what re u waiting for. E be like say u be NYSC corper so u never know whats up u still dey chop govt allawee. Na when NYSC dey over ur eyes go clear

Well it is ur opinion if i dont deserve to be a citizen of any country but it doesnt change the fact that currently i ve a Nigerian passport but in a little over a year it wud forever be dumped for good. I wud ve a passport that gives me the chance to travel to over 120 countries without visa. For me to ve permamnt residency where I am now shows that regardless of ur opinion which i respect but disagree with wud not affect a change in my citizenship. Let me remind u that apart from obligations as a citizen there are rights and privileges that a citizen should benefit from but tell me what are d benefit of being a citizen of that doomed, God forsaken nation. Guy e be like say u never wake up to d sad reality that Nigeria is doomed beyond redemption. Your leaders know it and dont have faith in the country they rule. They send their kids abroad rather than develop our educational system, they fly abroad for slight ailment rather than to develop our health system. For example Godswill Akpabio claimed to build the most advanced specialist hospital in Uyo to be staffed by expatriates but traveled abroad showing u clearly that d people even ruling dont have faith in Nigeria.
U talk of Mandela and SA but look at SA that had its independence in 1994 compared with Nigeria. U can google it yourself and see which is greater. See how Nigerians remrushing to SA for greener pastures but how many SAns do u see here apart from their investors.
Nigeria who never thought that the nation is doomed stayed but got fustrated and moved out and that is why we will comtinue to have brain drain. Those abroad never want to come and those who desired to make a contribution where fustrated and had to go back.Read the link below as an example

Those soldiers are doing what they are trained and paid to do. They are just like every other Nigeria that works night and day like d bus conductor, that doctor,nurse,etc that labours to give their own quota. Besides doing what they are paid to do doesnt mean they ve the freedom to exhibit the beast in them.
The constitution says that the security and welfare of the citizens is the primary responsibility of d govt and u know that the Nigerian govt at all levels has failed in all respect.

Tell me for such kids is their citizenship of any value. Is it not a disgrace that a citizen of a country cant get dignified and befiting treatment in a country that is yours? Where are all the billions allocated for health annually both by the federal and state government?
Even Syrian refugees in Europe dont get that treatment. Believe me guy I ve just a little over a year to dump my Nigerian citizenship. Its not worth than a used tissue paper for me and millions of other Nigerians. It is of value to the likes of Saraki and all d goats eating yams

Hooe u know d definition of a coward someone who likes to use d weak to shine but when he meets his match he runs away and wud give excuses for running away. I hope u dont ve amnesia to recall how nearly 500 armed Nigerian soldiers ran to Cameroon to escape from Boko Haram and then d army came out to say it was tactical manouvre. But if those soldiers were to be moving on Nigerian streets u wud ve seen them form hard men with stern looking faces brandishing their weapons to shoot even when there is no provocation even an unlucky civilian cud be used for shooting practice. As for being given a gun, Nigeria is a country not worth fighting for or dying for. Its not worth dying to protect a nation that caters only for a few in power. Let them and their kids be given the gun not me.
