Wolgrace: Hey!! No one is crying for sympathy or mercy for disobeying the law, but to let the constitutional law have its way, and charge if found guilty, and punished in accordance with the law codes. And demolition of building is NOT and will never be part of the punishment if proven guilty. What happened to sureties and fines, light jail terms, temporary suspension of operation of the company, license seizure, etc? Or is any of the confisticated buildings recovered from looters who broke the law and abused offices ever demolished? Let the hoteliers punished with the law codes, not governor who also disobeyed and trample upon the voice of the law. ABUSE OF POWER IS DISOBEDIENCE TOO!
Where is the sense of comprehension in your epileptic and beer-palour counter arguments? Very poor critical objection withou the reason of the law! All this grammar doesn't change the fact that some one disobeyed the law and absconded. |

muykem: We are not confused bro. Funke was made to face court for prosecution. We are not supporting lawlessness but the governor lack power to make law, interpret it and enforce it all alone haba. Let use our sense and put political sentiments aside. I'm not your bro Nwokem, and if you have genuine interest for the safety of lives, demolition of that hotel will be the least of your worries. Of course you are just another hypocrite. Besides you are the sentimental one here, stop crying please. |

Psalter: Obviously Tony Momoh is no longer in tune with the law. Executive order issued by a state Governor is not tantamount to law. In any case, any prevailing law in any state that flouts the constitution is to the extent of that inconsistency null and void. The kidnapping law Tony Momoh alluded to in his submission was duly passed by the legislature of the respective state. The principle of separation of power is still very much in operation . U can’t as an executive make law and at the same time be the judge in your case. Where lieth the principle of fair hearing. Wike goofed and will surely fave the consequence. Just listen to your self, my dear NO consequences awaits Wike, deal with it. |

akinjojo1234: You see this thing called fat that we Nigerians say is a sign of good living: it's a ticking time bomb
Lots of health issues come with being overweight. Another thing we can spend so much on food but fail to spend money to get even an annual medical check up.
Watch what you eat, do exercise, sleep well and try to avoid stressful situations and people that give you stress. If a relationship is toxic cut it off. That has been my mantra I remember when RMD tried to loose weight years ago, some folks here called him HIV patient. Recently, i watched the movie zero hour and saw RMD do press ups I was like wow...this old man, he was so fit. |

Even if any such law was passed , prescribing demolition of property as the punishment is unconstitutional and I'm sure you know the constitution is supreme, two wrongs don't make a right my brother.
