She's so young at 52!

I'm not surprised. We Nigerians abhor exercise and are paying the price. If she chose to walk a bus stop and back every day, I'm sure she would still be alive. A stroke and diabetic at such a young age!

But we like to go everywhere in our car, even the shortest of distances. You see people who are fat and proud.

Walk more, no matter your age. It helps reduce your blood pressure and the risk of becoming diabetic. It also reduces your chances of suffering from dementia when you're old.

She was one of my cast in a TV drama I directed "U&I". May her soul rest in perfect peace!

The 52-year-old Tinsel and Living in Bondage star died on Sunday, May 10, 2020, after complaining of ill health on Saturday.

According to reports, her death may be as a result of her long battle with diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure.

Lots of health issues come with being overweight. Another thing we can spend so much on food but fail to spend money to get even an annual medical check up.

Watch what you eat, do exercise, sleep well and try to avoid stressful situations and people that give you stress. If a relationship is toxic cut it off. That has been my mantra

I remember when RMD tried to loose weight years ago, some folks here called him HIV patient.

Recently, i watched the movie zero hour and saw RMD do press ups I was like wow...this old man, he was so fit.
