As a hot tempered person when growing up I was advised that anytime am angry and wants to take certain decisions I should first of count from 1-100 before getting to number 100 there is a 95%chance that you may not take that decision .

you're spot-on . We should always think before acting out of anger.

I'm calm, but very hot-tempered, too. But I control my temper real well but not all the time. I always regret every display of anger. Maybe I should apply that method of counting to 100.

There are so many sectors of our economy which are dead. Everyone mustn't have white collar jobs. There are agencies that are willing to assist people in agriculture for just a meagre sum. You can even lease a plot of land for about N10k yearly. Seeds cost less than N5k for a start.The only other things you will need are security and a tank for water supply on the farm and you're good to go.
