My Friends Brother who is btw 17 or 18 came for a Sleepover, am 25 . My Parents were out and wanted me to pretty much 'babysit' them while they were away. time went by and I wanted to go for a Walk. As I got back went back to my Room I saw with my own eyes my Brothers Friend smelling my Underwear from my Laundry Basket I was so shoked I stubbornly cleared my throat and he turned away swiftly and looked at me, and couldnt say a word,dropped my painties and left with shame....later that day I sneakily went into my Brothers Friends bag to see if he took anything, As I opened his bag I saw my Bra and 2 of my Underwear, I just got so Furious but couldn't do much.

What should I do about my brothers friend and is it normal? To me sniffing panties is just disgusting, You are smelling something that someone rubs their genitals on.

Igbere TV Director and President of Online Media Practitioners, Abia State Chapter, Emeh James Anyalekwa was on Sunday, 27th August celebrated by the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, First Aba Parish with the presentation of the  2017 'Sterling Personality Award'.

He dedicated the Award to the Fallen Heroes and Heroines of the Biafran Struggle

A very disturbing information reaching our newsdesk just now says officers of Nigeria Police have stormed Mile one Market in Port Harcourt and raided shops of IPOB members for selling Biafran flags and other Biafra materials.

According to an eyewitness, after the raid, during which 5 traders were arrested, the other traders immediately marched down to the police station to protest against the police harassment and demand for the release of their members.

When they arrived at the Mile One Police station, the unarmed protesters were met with heavy police crackdown as policemen shot sporadically to disperse them.

Nobody has been reported dead or injured as at the time of this report.

The Deputy Speaker, Abia State House of Assembly, Right Hon. Dr. Cosmos Ndukwe on Friday, 25th August hosted the Queen, Face of Igbere, Angela Onyekaba, who is on a Tour of the state to create awareness for the fourtcoming Face of Igbere Pageant 2017.



The Queen was accompanied on the visit by Igbere TV Boss, Emeh James Anyalekwa.



During her speech, The Queen poured encomium on the Dep. Speaker for his starling leadership qualities and his unparalleled drive towards youth empowerment through the entertainment industry and beyond.



Dr. Cosmos Ndukwe is one of the pioneers in the Telecoms industry in Abia state, Hospitality, Entaertainment, Prints just to mention a few, through which he provides gainful employment for hundreds of youths in the state.



The Queen also appealed for more support, particularly for the education of the girl child in Abia State and Umunna in particular.



Speaking, Igbere TV Boss said, Chief Ndukwe, popularly called ‘ManofGod’ is a special gift to Ndi Igbo and thanked him for the warm reception. He also used the opportunity to solicit for Ndukwe’s moral, spiritual and financial support for the event.



Responding, the Deputy Speaker said he was impressed with how Anyalekwa was transforming Umunna and engaging the youths in meaningful activities using entertainment. He also adviced the Queen to ensure she executes atleast one community service Pet Project before the expiration of her tenure. The Deputy Speaker subsequently donated a huge sum of money for the queen to carry out the pet Project.



Dr. Ndukwe also promised to provide all the necessary support to ensure Face of Igbere 2017 will be a grand success.

FACEBOOK AND THE REALITIES OF LIFE…

Today, I met with James Emeh of the Igbere TV fame. Before now, we had ‘met’ severally on facebook. It all started with a phone call from him to present the 2017 Face of Igbere Queen to me as a stakeholder In Umunna. In my usual humble diaposition i acknowledge the request and fixed 4pm today, but Senator Abaribe's son traditional wedding took my evening and I must acknowledged Emeh's patience to wait till late hours.

As I neck deeped into discussions with this blogger plenipotentiary no one would have believed that the man who had published a lot of stories (from the mundane to the sublime) about me barely knew me. That is the other side of social media. I also did not imagine that he was such a talented and focus driven Nigerian whose interest in entertainment holds a promise for a bigger and more rewarding picture.

On facebook, you may mistake him for a jobber, confirmed onlooker and or visionless dude. In real life, the James I interacted with appeals to me as an independent minded and productive youngman, given how he has projected entertainment, using it as object of tourism, education and empowerment in UMUNNA (Bende North) in particular.

Today, he was accompanied by the reigning Queen of a Beauty pageant he powered. Beyond the veil of beauty, we talked at length on how to leverage on the crown to reach out to the less privileged of the society through a well thought – out pet project. This in my mind should be the only attraction to such contests, a platform to stand at a vantage position in the interest of others. I have obliged my support and would reduce this to visible action in other to promote the development of our own dear Bende North.

Interestingly, James shares the UMUNNA affinity with me, our cherished heritage. We share the same vision of a comprehensively developed UMUNNA. I am confident that the progress of our people will come in geometric progression.

Let me also believe that this meeting disabused his mind of every misconception he had about me or what I represented before now. I want to also believe that idealism has successfully reconciled with realism, particularly the laughable assumption that the only time I found my voice, talent and direction in life coincided with venturing into politics.

Let me believe that this meeting would encourage the rest of us to lend our voice and support towards the furtherance of this great dream Face of Igbere beauty peagent and entertainment circus.
