He killed her. What kind of reaction and behavior is that? His behavior explains why she felt it's better not to let him know of such kind of things. He might even fight and force her to withdraw it for other purposes. I guess it's too late she didn't know that side of his behavior before getting married to him.

Exactly my tot too. You have made sense,

Then again i think there are number of states you must win to be declared the election winner?

Yes if Atiku picks Wike or any popular southerner as his running mate then he has perfected his winning equation, and will surely get some southern PDP states in addition to the northern votes, which will give him the win he needs. He doesn't need all the south votes to win.
Politics / Re: What Rochas Okorocha Told Tinubu About Igbo Marginalization by amaks: 10:23pm On Jun 12, 2022
If the SE and SW don't unite and present a single candidate that they'll both support, then Atiku is still winning this election. SW alone won't give Tinubu the presidency, so also SE alone won't give Peter.
Forget APC vs PDP divisions, the north is more United by region and they'll give Atiku their votes landslide. Northern APC leaders ànd members will all support and vote for Atiku.
The south still hasn't gotten this simple political sense yet, and the North will continue to use it to their advantage. It's all about numbers, a numbers game. And right now as long as the entire south region doesn't have one single candidate then the North are just watching and smiling to victory, forget about the fact that they northern governor's zoned it to South now. Story. They know that as long as the south doesn't present one candidate then they're sure of victory which is what they really want. They'll all campaign vote for Atiku. U guys don't understand northern political psychology. And the problem is you can't find a compromise between Tinubu and Peter now. None will back down for the other. Hard but difficult truth is, Tinubu should drop down for Peter, or since Tinubu is crazy desperate, they should strike a deal where Peter will be Tinubus vice and Tinubu does one term only (and rest) and Obi takes over and does 2 terms.
Anything short of that just know that power will remain in the north with Atiku taking over after Buhari. It's a game of numbers and the North knows very well that their votes alone is enough to give Atiku almost certain victory. That's the stronghold they hàve that other regions are not attacking, unity and numbers. It's only when SW and SE come together that they can rival the northern votes, but not individually isolated regions. The north knows this well and they are using it to their advantage, everything else they do is just a distraction and deception. They are just watching and laughing now. And with the way elections are becoming more transparent, numbers matter more now

So it's not as if there's a younger girl available. You're just hoping and waiting to see if you'll see a younger girl. Hmm. 32 is okay and young, nothing wrong with it. She fits your req, go ahead and marry her.
I think the age range of most marriageable girls now is the 30s. Gone are the days when girls marry in there teens and 20s, that was mostly in our parents era. Time changes, girls need education and some form of Independence which takes a little longer compared to our parents era when jobs are available for guys and his salary is sufficient for the entire family and even the extended family.

Politics / Re: APC Screening: Tinubu Speaks On Bringing ENRON And ECONET To Nigeria by amaks: 9:08am On May 31, 2022
Tinubu is old and weak. I wish him good health, strength and long life. But in politics you'll be naive not to factot in the risks of fronting for elective position an old weak likely sickly person (videos have circulated online of him shaking like he got parkingsons), especially in Nigeria where region sadly is still important, anything can happen to him (Godforbid, not my prayer. Though he's not my choice for President tho) in office, and if he goes power automatically moves to the vice president who will most likely be from a different region. SW thereby still loosing. These are political calculations I'm sure they've done already, probably Tinubus desperate ambition is overshadowing all reasoning. And if he doesn't care what happens afterwards paradventure that's selfish of him.
Also we really can't consider compare his physical and mental strength 20 years ago to today, it's clearly showing on him already, even in his speech, for those citing his governorship days achievements. He should have just remained the respected elder statesman he is. SW still has other better presidential choices. Actually, ideally this should be the turn of the SE. That's another discussion thread. Nigerian leadership is not for compensation of people's person wishes, it's a competitive world out there and we need strong competent up to date leaders. Compensations and rewards can take other forms. I won't really be surprised if he gets it, that has been the story of Nigerias past, but then how do we hope to move ahead with the rest of the world, that's why we remain stuck.

Buhari probably trusted him so much and didn't even arrest him in the face of disloyalty. That's why the coup by IBB was such a deep painful betrayal for Buhari that he never forgave him for decades. I guess if not for some Elites intervention IBB would probably be rotting in jail since 2015. Where is Gwarzo now sef?

Lol don't worry. It's for convenience. Wrapper feels for free and convenient and less constricting than boxers or shorts to some men. I guess that one cross you have to bear with him. Nothing wrong with him it's just that you don't like it. I think the problem is if he does that even when visitors are around. It should just be a personal free inhouse dressing. Just like the convenience of being nude indoors. Wrapper frees the body, no tightenings, and more air. Unlike boxers or pants with their elastic tightenings especially after wearing them the whole day. I wear both too sometimes and I can know the difference.

The title/subject of your post, even as a joke, saying that they should go for deliverance, is in bad taste.
Let's stop promoting the notion that people marrying late means something is wrong with them, whether mentally or spiritually or in anyway. And let's as a society generally stop pressurizing people into marriage.

bigpicture001:
...My friend whose dad passed on two months ago and who was so sure he will henceforth become a big boy got the shock of his life when his dad's will was read to them by his father's lawyer...

In the will his dad gave him Nothing which was unusual especially being the eldest son and coming from the Igbo tribe.. his father owns two filling station, a big and very busy half-warehouse store where he sells dangote cement wholesale, three commercial houses , a sign supermarket,3 pieces of land also one SUV and two small cars.

We suspect, it may be connected to his visibly wayward lifestyle, he has twice been sent packing from two different private University in the south east over tuancy and suspected cultism....more shocking is the late father handing over the day to day running of the firm to his oldest daughter "not his wife"

The said girl is just 24 years old but graduated as second best in the dept of economic then..his father even helped her secure a lecturing job 5months before his demise..he stated that his wife will only be an important signitory for transaction worth a million and above.

He added a clause that his son can join the management of the firms and estate only when he graduates from any University with at least a pass and record less than 7police cases before he turns 28..

Even at that he can eventually take over the firm after joining management for minimum 4years...

Abeg oo. is this. Dead man not wicked... Allowing a girl lead the house when her mum is still alive.. although she is older than the guy.. sh is the first child

I was reading a beautiful wise story but you spoilt it with your st#pid opinion at the end.
