Thank you. you guys are so annoying. Eastern nigeria is gone just like western nigeria(which incl. SW, Delta and Edo). Why must ijaws, urhobos, ogonis etc join Biafra? why are you guys desperate. GeniusDavid: Its high time you all realise this Biafra hogwash is only amongst the Ikwerre/Ibo speaking part of Rivers State. The rest of the tribes care less. You don't expect Onne in Eleme or any other place in Rivers state to be on total shutdown. Rivers state is the biggest multi-tribal state in the South. Only FEW of the ikwerres and Ibos take this serious. Cross River state is the biggest. |

Abagworo saying Igbos should sue for peace with hausa/fulanis and stay in Nigeria? Sue for peace with people who mudered 3m Igbo children? Do you know the pains their mothers felt? I recently put to bed, you want to tell me that if someone walk in and kill my newborn baby, I will sue peace with the person? Not even Usman dan fodio can try it. Are they not the ones mudering Igbos in the north? Gosh, I feel irritated by your comment. |

Abagworo: Indigene ko stranger ni. If indeed you value the lives of 3million killed then you should equally sue for peace than war. Nigeria is better place than a forced Biafra where people with opposing view are called saboteurs and everyone must bow to the albino at Umuahia. I'm sorry I always thoughg Republic of Igboland was an option but with people like Nnamdi Kanu attacking Rochas Okorocha with lies I've since deserted from that idea. In that your Biafra there will be endless war between progressives and touts. sue for peace? With who? Hausa/Fulanis who keep murdering you in cold blood? what a thinking, how is Nigeria better for the Igbos? A country where you are systematically marginalised. You want a country where Igbo blood is spilled for fun? Are you really an Igbo man? Your okorocha hope is to be made president but wait, do you know the meaning of NAIRA? which language is that? You should go and find out the full meaning. I simply want a portable Homogenous Igbo Country. Thats all. Keep your Nigeria jor. #thanks |

Abagworo: There's nowhere known or called Oyibo in Rivers State. The Oyigbo I wrote about is a shanty town located at boundary of Abia State with natives being Ndoki and Asa. The town also and more popularly called Obigbo encroached into Etche LGA at Umuebulu but shares common boundary with Iriebe in OBALGA. It is considered a lowlife town by Port Harcourt people. this your response to her is a bit insulting. what are you trying to insinuate? Are we outcast in Rivers? As an Asa lady, I have right to talk about Port harcourt city over you that is from Imo state because I am an indigene of the state. Btw it is obigbo, diete spiff can't detect what our name should be. Your "God bless Nigeria" comment because of today is an insult to 3million mainly Igbo kids who died in the war. You should apologise. |

Amah70: Common value systems amongst groups that make up a country is the bedrock of political stability, wealth and nationhood in such a country. With differing value systems as in Nigeria, peace, stability and nationhood are next to impossible for a country.
You must be most insincere to yourself if you state that the Urhobo, Isoko, Itshekiri share more common value systems with the Yoruba and northern Nigeria, than the Igbo. Fact is: Urhobo, Itshekiri and Isoko share more common value systems with the Igbo.. Bros, don't let any unpleasant experience you must have had with any Igbo cloud your eyes. Don't let the false stories they told you at childhood that Igbos are cannibalistic deceive you.

Politics › Re: IPOB Begs Urhobos/Isokos To Observe May 30th Sit At Home Biafran Day by Amarabae(f): 2:43pm On May 28, 2017 |
pazienza: Just promise those groups full rights to whatever igbos are in possession today in Nigeria, be it boundary lands, property, appointments, federal scholarships, etc. And watch them unleash their innate Igbophobia. The hate is already there, the Arewa odua need not do much coercion to achieve that, and they already know it. In Igbophobia, they( these Igbophobic) minorities have a common ground with Arewa odua people, the moment we stoop low to fight their battles, is the moment they use us as a bargaining chip to gain ground on us, by not taking back what Arewa odua stole from them, but by being comfortable having our share used as a replacement for what they lost.
This is partly why some Igbo groups bordering those minorities are not currently on this Biafran bandwagon, they know lots of those groups are salivating over their lands, appointments, etc, they( Igbos outside SE) simply have a lot to lose, and they see no pragmatism or political dexterity in SE to help them should it all go south, they see no vision in SE, infact, they see IPOB lumping groups like Urhobo and Isoko into Biafran project as a pointer to political naivety of SE.
We should and must do better. you just nailed it. My grandfather lost his house in port harcourt as abandoned property, he later reclaimed it late 70s by then our community fell into Rivers by boundary adjustment(that is Oyigbo lga), it was not an easy task, he faced many embarrasment, humiliation and intimidations. He told me stories, and many of them are shocking, Igbo denial was a norm then, it was catalysed by a particular ethnic group that ruled Old Rivers then. Anti-Igbo sentiments was like a daily receitation in the communities of these minorities. The word "IGBO" is like a poison to them, they hated it with passion. I know these people, the Hausa/Fulanis will offer a chance to seize Igbo properties again if war breaks out and they will accept the offer. I really pity Ipobs. |

pazienza: I'm conversant with the willink commission report, i am.well aware of the misgivings towards the Igbo from Akwa cross areas, however its nothing pathological and that cant easily be resolved, its nothing as close to what we have in Urhobo/Isoko area, a loose confederation with groups from those ( Akwa cross )axis, after we have gotten Biafra would work.
But as always, and as represented in my signature, an Igbo only country remain the best option for us. God bless you. There is something about the Igbo future due to these Ipob that scares me to the bone marrow. What happened last in Bayelsa against Igbo traders is not ordinary, its like a hatred piled up in the heart, waiting for an opportunity to show it out. Igbos are Not loved in those minority areas, the hausa/fulanis knows this. Thats why they are secreting preparing for war to wipe out Igbos, they will have afaithful allies among these minorities just like in 1967. I am scared! Something scares me over this feeling. I was at a traditional wedding in oron last 3months ago, I spend 2 days there, you need to see the heavy Igbophobic sentiment among the locals there, it was shocking. Why not leave these minorities alone and go for an Igbo only country? |

Pls who is forcing who to join biafra?. Everybody has different views abt biafra and i have always maintained that i want birafra of 5east states with our igbo speaking brothers in s/s and thats all. Even NNAMDI KANU said it clear that everyone hav d choice to join or not..edos and ijaws and others have their choice.. If u cant use nnamdi kanus voice to pass judgement then why do u use something written by some1 we dont know to judge ipob. DO U THINK AT ALL?.
I used to hold u high here due to ur signature and choice of words.. but u have allowed uraelf to be defeated mentally... just necox u want cheap "LIKES" or what eva...SHAME!!.
And u stop it dont sound like there is any difference.IGBO IS IPOB AND IPOB IS igbo.. The fact that there is over 80 to 90% of igbos who wants biafra makes them the same.
Its a shame that a lady like u is here insulting ipob claiming they ar differnt from igbos. Any insult u rained on ipob is on igbo..
And u should be ashamed of urself.. U HAV A VERY WEAK MIND!!. your emotional ranting solves nothing, you ended up saying nothing. Delete the minority ethnic groups land from your map, make the agitation an only Igbo country affair. SIMPLE. Anything other than this is a delusion, gosh! If they have invested their energy on a homogenous Igbo country, they would have gone far. Anti-Igbo sentiment is rising up again amidst the minority tribes, the "Igbo expansionism" air is blowing in their mentality now. IPOB keep degrading, belittling and embarrasing Igbos before these minorities. Can't Igbos stand on their own as a country, why disturbing others? |
