It will make more sense with the expansion of Iloabuchi Road. People going into Agip or Eagle Island can use that route decongesting GRA, Sanni Abacha and environ.

Just curious ... to anyone who knows that area..... from the photo the heavy traffic is going from left to right .... west to east... but the flyover is from south to north... with very light traffic. How would this flyover really help? .... because I can't see how it will reduce the west to east traffic. Can you explain?

The traffic on that axis is heaviest on the east _ west axis called Ikwerre road, however the also busy south to north end which is blocked upfront appears light at the moment due to the current dualization of the north end of the road.
