My family has become very worried because our 2 year old (27 months) son doesn't talk yet and doesn't seem interested in making effort to talk.

The only word he says almost correctly is BYE whenever someone is leaving the house. However he has his own version of 'daddy' (ampu) & 'mommy' (mei).

He is smart however, but just not interested in talking and sometimes it appears he does not understand when you give him instructions, other times he'd do exactly what you ask him to do. He plays well with his older siblings who started talking well before 2.

We have ruled out hearing issues as he seems to hear when music or sounds he likes come on tv, he would start dancing to music he likes even if he's not seeing the TV.

Has anyone here had experience like this? Should we be more worried? What can we do to help our son start talking.

Mods please help put this on front page so we can get enough help/opinions - thanks.

It's an interview,no one cares how they suffered to get there. Some even cross rivers to get there. Not everyone will pass the interview. Period!!!

Endometriosis causes extensive tubal blockage. Very useless something like that. It can even block womb if not that the womb has more room. However, it causes some thickening of the endometrium and adenomyosis.
It's sad that nobody knows what causes endometriosis, sometimes, stress or trauma induced hormonal imbalance. Most times, the victim is born with it

Unfortunately, it's actually the doctor in a particular branch that makes the difference and not the 'clinic name'. I would recommend that you even go as far as asking the name of the particular doctor that did the successful transfers in the Lilly clinic. If that doctor is permanently in their warri facility, then I'll suggest that you pack your bags and go to the warri clinic since it's not very far away.
I'm telling you all this from personal experience.

The fibroid is about 3cm with other ones that is not up to 2cm. The doctor suggested open surgery. I actually do not want to go through the knife. I heard there are other options to remove it. Nordica does a procedure that removes fibroids without surgery. It's a new technology. I think they use laser or something.

I have bled for 12 days now, (9days b4 test day and 3days after failed cycle). how then do I know my next ovulation since I want to try naturally for now. Is it normal to bleed this long.

Is it spotting or an actual period? Actual period can last at least 7 days if it was a failed cycle. Prepare for the heaviest and worst period of your entire life.
Then, if it's spotting, spotting will continue until the actual period comes. Unfortunately the ivf messes up your hormones. So sorry you have to go through this. It sucks.
