Went to their office immediately. Got booked and I went to make payments to the back. Came back at the date I was booked. I don't even know their email address.

they don't allow walk ins to book. You can only gain access past the gates with your evidence of appointment and payment. It's frustrating. lines are switched off or unreachable for weeks now
