Exactly, I doubt the authenticity of this post. I know before you go teach the English language in these non-English speaking countries you are to attain some sort of certification like the one you mentioned above.

hello all,

I'm one of those who works from home I decided to give my neighbors some decency because of the 24 hours generator I normally put on to help facilitate my work. ( the noise nor be here) which I understand, seeing the landlord and neighbors with their families and visitors I wouldn't want to leave them in discomfort.

I just had to took my bath, picked my computer (pc) and accessories and made way to an hotel to book a room for the day just for my online business. on getting to the first hotel close to my street junction, met the receptionist and she told me sir, they is no rooms available.

I had to go to another popular hotel that am sure they have 24 hours electricity, on getting there... some cars were parked..I haven't even enter the receptionist office, someone echoed OGA room don finish....na wa.

So this left me thinking, I thought Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ with friends and families in our various home's.

Why the booking of hotel rooms?

From the 1st of December, a lot of the hotels were fully booked till next year.

She is trying, we also had our shares of insults and emotional abuse as kids. I'm glad we were strong enough to withstand all the torture, nothing you would do that will hurt me because I have had worse. I have not been home in 4 years, though I met my mum in a relation's burial. I call her constantly. Always reassure her things go soon soft for me.

I just need to build a house so she comes live with me.

As kids we were praying my dad gets a job far away so he comes home probably once in 6 months, it was that bad.

When your dad mentions your name, all you think is what have I done wrong? That was the life, my brother and I lived, it affected our self-esteemed, it was like we weren't good enough. Ironically, we were one of the best-behaved kids in our neighbourhood.

For the lord av given fathers authority over their children and given children the obligation to obey their mother. Some of the things you describe about your dad is 90% the same with my dad except of the money aspect and his kids out of school, my dad don't play with that, we failed to protect our mom from his abuse hence she develop high BP which later led to stroke and we lost her, I was so angry, still pissed till date the way she was treated by my dad, after her death I stayed away from my dad, the only thing I do is send him money for his upkeep, I don't call him. My advice for you is don't make the same mistake we made, call your dad to order and talk to him as a man, if not I see him ending alone with regret, he did not marry a house help he married a wife hence he need to treat her with respect.

Same here I did marine engineering. Very useless course. All the money I have ever made from it is 150k. If you want to learn to code web development learn it. You don't need passion. You can always develop passion. The founder of chakra UI Studied mechanical engineering at unilag and that's one of the most loved tech tools out of Nigeria.

Looking at DA you still have sort for employment, the real boss is Data Science but to get to that stage, you need at least a master degree in Data Science. I will be more compatible with DA but I feel there is little market for that profession now.

So are you into web development? I want to focus on backend, but there is a boot camp (full stack) starting by January by a white guy.

Web development pays everywhere in the world not just Nigeria. If you want to go into data analysis or data science, you have to be ready for hunger for at least 3 to 5 years before the breakthrough comes.

Thanks bro, I can actually learn any without problem. Passion doesn't pay the bill bro. People study medicine not because they love the profession, is the respect and there is a job readily available.

I studied mechanical engineering because I was good in maths and physics till now at no level.
