I don't dispute that fact. It was peculiar allowance that was approved last year but certain grade levels were not captured which led to agitations. We hope there would be positive outcome but no result until Mr. President made another pronouncement which made it cut across to all other salary structures that were not captured fully which also include CONRAISS (NOT EVEN CONPASS ALONE AS YOU STATED). We all hope to see change but to our surprise, that of last year for 1-6 and 15 was only effected in May salary which is my point raised.
However, where did you get your own info that the new 25%-35% increment is for CONPASS alone? DYOR.
Don't argue much and you could have rather not say what you don't know as the circular concerning it is attached.

Conraiss level 7-14 were truly excluded from the 25% increment as nothing was added. This is a cheat. There is God oooo.

Please retry today. Lots of people facing same issue were able to login & complete theirs today though some were still given same pop up but you can try your luck too.

Please how did you get your fcsc number and how did you calculate your exit date?

If u don't have FCSC no., you can use your file number as we were instructed.
For exit date, It's meant for Job done b4 & you must have left based on one reason best known to you. So d options are there to chose. However, not all the stages are compulsory to be filled such as profession, award, etc. So can't recollect if it's part of compulsory ones or not.

No need to generate another token. Even if you do, it's same message it will bring. Just ensure you keep on trying every day, every time most especially around 7pm and above on Fridays. It improves better according to my experience. I faced "IPPIS no. does not exist" followed by "verification period not set" for one week each. More so, you can lodge complaint to your establishment IPPIS desk or HR office.

Please this IPPIS verification exercise is it just for people who didn't receive September salary or is it for everyone. I ask because no one in my institution is aware of it.

It's for all Federal Government workers who are yet to do their online verification.
That of CORE ministries, MDAs has been done some months back though grace of certain period was given to some staff who were unable to do theirs after complaint (though salary stopped). This on going one is for Non-core ministries, MDAs, etc.

Please kindly confirm if he has done employment info, dependants, Next of Kin, Education, etc cos the form has different steps but people think only Personal info is the only thing to be done cos when they finish it tells them verification successful.
All others must be filled & every concluded level would be marked green✅. Unconcluded part would be marked cancelled ❌. After the whole process is successful, there is a link to printout as well. If all that has been done, then congratulations to him.

Let's wait & see what will happen before Friday. Lot of people are facing one issue or the other. There are even some in which it's telling them IPPIS number does not exist. I believe they too would be aware of all these glitches.

If Yes, please kindly come to people's aid as genuine suggestions might be of help cos most people including myself are experiencing "Verification period not set". Any idea about the way out will be appreciated please as this week is the deadline.

Ap.L were shared and instantly did capturing around February and April & they have been posted to various branches to resume work.

You are very right. I was yet to confirm b4 that's why I didn't want to share false info but it's now 100% confirmed. Anyone eyeing this organisation should press his button harder b4 too late.

Someone should pls help me with the salary range for entry level for graduate in SON (Standards Organisation of Nigeria) and pls indicate if allowance is included or not. Thanks in anticipation 🙏.

Don't be discouraged my brother. I was once in that shoe and later got job as Scientific officer II in a Federal Medical Centre with same B.Sc after even getting my M.Sc. Just remain optimistic and prayerful. Hospitals can employ you as a Scientific officer II just that you either struggle for it or remain connected with high profile helper.
You can also proceed with masters and then get Lecturing job. Wishing you best of luck.

You have done a great job bro. I must commend you for your time with this. I deduced mine from what honourable minister said that ".....pay raise for all Civil servants" ".....Civil servants who are on CONPSS and some Corporations, MDAs that are on that CONPSS".

That said, there is a difference between "civil servants" and "public servants". I refer you to the statement made by Oyo Ita below

I wouldn't want to go into details. I expect you to Google and learn. Civil service is a microcosm of Public service. This increase in CONPSS is the aftermath of the resolution of the Presidential Committee on Salary Harmonisation which was set up to look into the huge disparities in the existing salary structures within the public service. I imagine they realised that they cannot dictate to the self-funded agencies what to pay their staff, and it is also obvious that among the entire streams of salary structures in Nigeria, the CONPSS was (and probably still is) the poorest. The only sensible thing to do was introduce a peculiar allowance for CONPSS. Increasing the general wage will mean all structures funded by the treasury would have been affected (as it always is with every minimum wage increment), hence they touched only the allowance of one salary structure, the CONPSS otherwise known as CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC SERVICE SALARY STRUCTURE. Now, don't be deceived by the PUBLIC in CONPSS, it's only meant for civil servants in Ministries (excluding Justice, Petroleum Resources and Aviation) and corporations or agencies that adopted that structure such as NTA, NIPOST, FRCN, NPC and over 50 other agencies.

Corollary: please take a look at the CONPSS as approved after the 2019 minimum wage increment, is that what you are earning under CONHESS?
Minimum wage will be reviewed next year and it will affect all salary structures funded by treasury, not just CONPSS alone this time.

For the records, CONHESS is not under CONPSS. Both CONHESS, CONPSS , CONMESS and all the other structures you mentioned earlier are all separate salary structures funded by the national treasury. That is why they are under IPPIS. The next set are the special salary structures funded by the national treasury i.e CONNIMC, CONNASRDA etc.

The self funded agencies like NPA and FIRS are not under IPPIS because they don't depend on government to pay salaries.

Seems you know more than government herself. Read through this paragraph as said by minister on Wednesday as well and then digest the last two statements. Then get me convinced as I'm subjected to learning. Thanks

I didn't dispute that fact. I said all these salary scales are all referred to as CONPSS regulated by IPPIS. Is like saying HEAD contains EYES, NOSE, MOUTH, EAR.....I don't have time to argue. Minister of Labour & Employment (Dr. Chris Ngige ) even simplified this acronym in his comment on Channels TV on Wednesday so go and read through his statement. You will realise what I'm saying & know better. More so, I am under CONHESS so no need to tell me it's for health.
