Jose got what he wanted I guess. I did hope for a better out ball from us though but hey, a valuable point. |
The sheer impudence of that Messi goal. From a guy who was spitting blood moments earlier. |
No sensible person should have built a structure under an electric pole 'high tension'... Some of our carelessness do cost of pains and grief. Same thing in Akwa Ibom State, last year December, Reigners Bible Church Collapse because of carelessness... God will help us! |
"Chelsea Changed William, Batshuayi and Pedro and brought in Hazard, Coasta and Fabregas and the game CHANGED and it took Chelsea to the FA Cup Finals. But Nigeria changed JONATHAN, Okonjo Iweala and Adeshina for Buhari ,Audu Ogbeh and Kemi Adeosun and went in to Recession and food scarcity . Difference " - Zinami Wordsmith Iwariso |
What a game that was! But not in a good way! Main thing was the result against a cracking side on the night. #Rashford, boy oh boy |
Magu! Magu!! Magu!!! Going, going and gone. The Senate-DSS connivance syndicate and 'evil' plot. Is this democracy in action or display of behind the scene action? Maybe it's a reality show of Esau and Jacob birth right control theater playlet; with DSS having a Rebekah as a mother hatching the rejection-substitution plan. I think I am enjoying the unfolding story. Who is going to brink first among the gladiators. I hope I am not the only one in the cinema galleria?!! |
This is a superb effort by Barcelona. Superb. They're going out but this is real fight. If I supported them, I'd be proud as he'll. I respect Barcelona FC. Big night and quintessential. #Congratulations for the fighting qualification. |
If you are feeding the poor in silence, it's a nice thing, buh if you are showing it or on social networks, you are feeding your ego. |
Make them sign Peace Corp too na |
Here In Akwa Ibom, we can't even select anything because there's no stipend. |
No December stipend in Akwa Ibom State, we can't even select the device. No logo of verification. We are tired. |
Out of the number of people who applied for the job, more than 2000people had first class, so might be those people who had first class where contacted. The available space was for 500people. |
No December, talk less of January in Akwa Ibom |
This is how God wanted his name to be announced and to bless him physically. |
In Akwa Ibom State, no December stipend till date and now they are talking of January. This is pathetic... |
The peaceful protest slated for today was cancelled over the weekend by Great Innocent #2Face Idibia for reasons clearly mentioned in his video message. We may not have gone out to the streets but I'm sure our voices have been heard. I thank each and everyone of you that lent their support to this cause. Judgement of all those who stayed silent or opposed to it will be left to posterity for; "The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything." - Albert Einstein Thank you brethren, wishing you all a happy new week! |
FELA KUTI sang against the government and was repeatedly locked up, tortured and his mom was thrown from a storey building to her death in cold blood. How many have risen to speak against such inhumanity and bring it's perpetrators to book? What is the essence of his struggle if the same people he sang against eventually became rulers again and have the same Nigerians he fought for support them? So Tuface should have gone on with the protest? Why? To show he has balls? To become a legend of the Nigerian struggle? And when he becomes a victim, ya'll will put your candles up and mourn him then throw shades at him on how you warned him to stay away from the protest? Nigerians, you are asking for a hero? You are your own heroes. Until you wake and realize so, you stay under. I do not hate the government. I am no anti-establishment. I only ask that things be done right. The country is not in good shape. Let the people be heard and let the government work on the issues raised. We don't need a Tuface to open our eyes to the need for accountable and responsible governance. This is what the current government promised. We only send them reminders by speaking up. Take a look at the picture here on this post. You see those rich looking old folks playing games on a table with people under it? The table rests on people's backs. Ofcourse, it will be discomforting BUT as many of them that believe only one man should stand up, they will all surely remain in their pains and under the table. Do not let your ignorance keep you under and your loyalties leave others under while you maybe get given handouts while yet under the table still. I am PAQ |
Sometimes,we feel everything is all about politics; When an administration begins to unleash its terror apparatus on innocent citizens and struggles to muzzle free speech, just know that it's twilight beckons ; Nigerians have tolerated PMB's Government in hope that someday, who knows, miracles may happen and recovery returns to our economy; Yet,each passing day, impunity, harassment, deceit and hypocrisy still waft over our senses ; Northern Governors aren't even ashamed to declare that "the Fulani Herdsmen killing Christians are foreigners" ; Nobody addresses the wanton blood letting in the land. It's ok,God dey. |
You would have honored Trump's invitation and not to visit this Old man. |
Happy New Year. Lets continue to grow in selflessness and forge a greater ties across the length, breadth and height of our affairs in life that we may achieve our dreams. God is still the greatest!!! |
He gave up his ambition and power for peace to reign and he became honoured worldwide. Hero of Democracy! Your Excellency, you will always remain a hero, icon, colossus, quintessential gentleman, statesman, bridge builder, detribalised Nigerian, lover of democracy and good governance, peace maker, leader, optimus prime, primus intra pares, primus inter alia. Another 59th years of greater height. In recent times, this is the most celebrated birthday, as Nigerians have now come to appreciate the service and patriotism of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Happy birthday Mr President! Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan. |
This is nice. Congratulations and may the Lord's superfluous grinding blessings be with you. |
Not condemning Aisha Buhari o! If she likes she should throway brassiere sef. If Nigeria cannot uplift us, at least it should entertain us. |
1. The Act which established EFCC clearly states that they need to secure and present a valid court order which will empower them to freeze any bank account under investigation. 2. The Constitution of the land, which is much more greater than the Act establishing EFCC, clearly states that you cannot initiate any court process against a sitting governor. 3. Now this: You need an order of the court to freeze someone's account and a court proceeding cannot be initiated against a sitting governor who has immunity. Are you in support of this obvious illegality and brazen impunity? Then you must be checked psychologically and medically. |
Nigeria is indeed a Banana Republic because I see no reason why a Serving Governor with Immunity could have his account freezed and we see nothing wrong with it? Herdsmen killing innocent southerners/ Nigerians and we still see nothing wrong with it? Economy nose diving and we see nothing wrong with it? One sided corruption Attacks, we see nothing wrong with it? No respect for the rule of law, and we see nothing wrong with it? Promises made during campaigns, not fulfilled after winning and we see nothing wrong with it? Insecurity being the order of the day and we see nothing wrong with it? Painting Nigeria's image bad while abroad and we still don't see anything wrong with it? Very soon we shall see nothing wrong with it...If you know what I mean. The time to act is now because Nigeria belongs to all of us. |

This is what the Bible says, the heart of Man is evil and wicked. We may say we're living in grace, but let it be known to us that there's a repercussion for every sin we commit. |
South South Town Hall Meeting- My take!,, The meeting may have come and gone but the sound and sight of events resonates on and on. Critics and admirers on both side of political divide would have some take always; mixture of satisfaction and disappointments. Participants who attended, either hired or self sponsored must have something to talk about in the days to come. There may have been paradigm shift based on the information received and shared, however the singular aim of the governed talking to the citizens have been achieved. For me, I have some salient take aways after carefully listening to the various speakers. Firstly, the executive governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel clearly showed his maturity and civility in his welcome address at the occasion. He demonstrated that he is truly a governor who is keen on developing the state irrespective of the political sentiments against him. Secondly, I was disappointed by the unruly behavior of some hired political thugs who were more interested in turning the occasion into another theater of political campaign. It was immaterial for the opposition party in the State to show its relevance and for the party in power to announce its dominance; every right thinking person knows that AKS is a PDP state, QED. Thirdly, I was taken aback to hear Mr. Lai Mohammed speak with decorum, addressing issues of development rather than his known character of "blame Jonathan". However, Mr. Amaechi still exhibited his usual tendencies of "our brother didn't do anything good for us". My assessment of his scorecard report is that of a man who is still on a mission of wanting to be vindicated! His speech and gestures were full of belligerency outbursts and "hey you I am Mr. Right" Fourthly, the civility and respectable disposition of Mr. Udo Udoma and Ibe Kachichwu were clear testimony that PMB made a good choice concerning their appointments. These men appeared to know their works and what is expected of them. In one occasion Mr. Ibe Kachichwu had to disagreed with the cowboy in their group over his unguarded insinuations concerning sensitive issues. I was really impressed by these duo maturity in handling contentious national issues. Lastly, I consider the presentations from the FGN team as plan actions not achievements. It is now left for the South South people to develop KPIs that the government will be assessed at the end of its tenure. Amaechi even suggested that as the yardstick for re election come 2019!!! Democracy is definitely developing in Nigeria... |
"STEPHEN Keshi's legacy lives forever " He ‘was’ the best indeginous football team coach Nigeria had With his feats, he’s a great man. This is sure a sad and heavy one for the country and the Africa Continent, and the fact that the wife died about a year ago even makes it more sad... If we could pay tribute to Muhammed Ali, this man deserves the equal or more. RIP Stephen Okechukwu Keshi your legacy lives forever! |
The Kano beheading is just so sad. God created thunder. If He chooses to, He can strike anyone down with it. God doesn't need you to kill for him! #RenosSaturdayNugget |
Does it mean the Educational system in Nigeria is completely bastardized? Amina, the said rescued Chibok girl could not spell her name and speak English. Someone who was preparing for WAEC before the said abduction. Facts: 1) Amina is not one of the abducted Chibok girls. 2) Chibok girls abduction is a scam. 3) Amina Ali's Boko Haram's husband was being presented to President Buhari as his brother, Inua. They claimed earlier that Amina is the only child of her parents. Is the rapist, kidnapper and murderer turned Chibok girl husband now her brother 4) We heard that Gov Shettima of Borno have promised that more Chibok girls will be released in coming days. Does the governor know their way about 5) Same Chibok girl rescued and presented to us is the same girl paraded as a suicide bomber last year! Nigerians u have been scammed once again!! 6) APC zombies, look for a well defined lies and news to get us distracted from your fuel subsidy. Nigeria is a very big Country and we have so many learned people around! This is the highest level of propaganda , Sai Buhari! |
Rescued Chibok girl, Amina Ali's Boko Haram's husband is now presented to President Buhari as his brother, Inua. They claimed earlier that Amina is the only child of her parents. Is the rapist, kidnapper and murderer turned Chibok girl husband now her brother? We heard that Gov Shettima of Borno have promised that more Chibok girls will released in coming days. This news and lies of recovered loots is what we are expecting in Buhari's one year in office address to Nigerians. #Buhari, there is a time lies are NOT enough!!! |
