VIsa Background: I have had 2 previous Canada Visits refusals,one student visa refusal and USA refusal(at renewal).I mentioned them on the forms but only talked about the Study permit refusal on my letter of explanation.
School: University Canada West
Course: MBA
*First Application*
* Applied 28th of September
* Biometric done since 2019
Upfront Medical 7th September(before application) it was updated to pass on 25th of October
Refusal November 8th
Reason: Based on economic and employment situation.
Ordered Gcms Nov 12,Recieved 12th January 2022.

*2nd Application*
Applied November 21,2022
PPR: 16th May 2022.
Sent Enrollment letter through Webform in January (I resumed classes online).
I finished first term online and took a break off the second term to wait for visa.

Omo I rush chat Baba ohh cos I wanted to do it myself but wanted a professional and reliable guidance, I disturb am shaaaaa, reviewing and re-reviewing, even calling the family man up at odd hours cos of application, I had to beg him to plead with his wife oo cos i dey always call am mostly at night(that is the time he has time for calls) cos me myself be married woman, so i uderstand when one is always calling my hubby at odd hours. Lol. and thank God it really ended in Praise as he will always say.

For paper based exam, i was notified of my exam through mail today, will i be mailed the hardcopy result?
or how do i download the result for application purpose.

Its seems the success of rate of applying together with spouse and kids through study route is low. Ogbonge gurus, please I need to your input on the best way to achieve this.

Both parents needs to apply together when coming with a minor and sign the consent letter. Your oga can come afterwards.

Only caveat to the above is widowed, divorced or single parent and you need to demonstrate sole responsibility for the child with court orders etc

Thanks Fatima, if i understand clearly, myself and my spouse will apply for the visa, once granted, I can come alone with my baby and he joins later abi?

No. not at the same time. It's best to get yours first, come, rent a place and settle then show you can sponsor your sister.

Okay thanks alot. Lastly please, I saw a post where someone said you must apply for visa with your spouse to the UK when coming with your child, for my case Oga isn't joining us immediately, maybe after 6 months. What do I do pls?

You can but it might be better to get yours first then apply for her especially if you’re the one sponsoring. If she can apply on her own for a visiting visa then both applications can go on simultaneously.

I'm not sure actually. There is a visa category for nannies but the expectation is that they'll be paid proper market rates which is certainly not cheap.
I know a lot of Nigerians that would rotate 2 or 3 family members to come for 6 months at a time on visit visas.

Okay.... so can I apply for visit visa for my sister while applying for my student visa?
