Good day ma…..my AMH level of 6 which the doctor said is high.he said I have pcos. I took letrozole but still didn’t get pregnant.pls help me

Good evening pls help me. I have a normal cycle of 25 to 25 days.I usually feel my ovulation pain but don’t see cervical mucus. I did AMH test me my result was 6.1 which was higher than normal me the doctor said I have PCOS. He gave me letrozole which I took but still didn’t conceive although I don’t see cervical mucus
