In Court of Law , it is not only during interrogation in a sitting Court that whatever you say can be taken as an evidence against you. Mallam El Rufai has made a statement that is already an evidence against him. It is left for him to name the person that tapped the line. DSS needs an information from him through Court of Law. DSS has never accused him he tapped NSA line, therefore they don't need to prove that. They are only working on what he said.

Before you come quoting me and pontificating, why not speak from a legal basis? Which "behind the scenes?" Don't make me laugh please. Yes, because it wasn't given under caution. I know it looks ridiculous, but that's how the law works. The DSS will still have to prove that the crime was carried out, and not just that, they will also have to prove that it was Elrufai who carried out the crime. This is even assuming that Elrufai admitted to tapping the phone. But he didn't even say so. He said someone tapped it and told him about it. The case is a waste of time and only filed to generate media buzz such as this. I will advise you don't invest too much emotions into it in order not to be disappointed.

Agbadorians will not like this kind of Statistics at all. In 2027, Tinubu will face opposition in the North and in the South, from the Muslims and the Christians. He has no pathway to re-election.

EFCC need to do beyond interrogation. They need to secure a conviction which they have failed to do on one single case since the beginning of this administration. OBJ was loved in the South and rightly so, as a Southern candidate. Can Tinubu beat his chest and say the same today? Even the likes of Obi Cubana who tried to market him are facing the repercussions. The SE/SS largely vote in similar patterns. Tinubu only won 4 out of 17 states in the South in 2023 and nothing much has changed, despite the defecting governors. If Tinubu doesn't win the entire South in a landslide, then he will have no pathway to re-election. The North made him President with 5.6m votes.
